TIME HEALS NOTHING! Not even a mutant healing factor can restore the gouge in WOLVERINE's soul. Generations later, revenge is served cold, as the unspeakable crimes are paid for. SNIKT, @$#&$s! Jonathan Hickman and Greg Capullo's legendary conclusion to their already legendary miniseries!
While the final issue of this series offers no massive mind boggling twist, it takes a simple idea and executes it superbly start to finish as Hickman, Capullo and the rest of the team stick the landing and show off they understand exactly why Wolverine is the best at what he does and what he does isn't very nice!! WOLVERINE Revenge kicked off with Logan on a dinosaur, and wrapped up with him….no spoilers… making me laugh. However, in between it all there was a lot of shocking deaths, and a hell of a lot of revenge. This story lived up to its title, and brought it all full circle in this 5th issue. Once again proving that Logan is the best at what he does, but what he does best isn't very nice. If you're a Wolvie fan, then WOLVERINE Revenge is an absolute must grab. I have to give this issue 9 out of 10 cigars, bub. Read Full Review
Wolverine: Revenge was a ripping, roller coaster of a book. While much of the actual plotting is conveyed more in dialogue or captions rather than being shown through the art, the relentless action more than makes up for this. Read Full Review
Wolverine: Revenge #5 caps off a miniseries that had so much promise. The idea of Jonathan Hickman and Greg Capullo working together on a Wolverine comic sounded epic at first, but the end result only scratched at the surface of said potential. Read Full Review
This fifth and final issue you really feel how this entire mini-series should've been a three issue mini-series. The conclusion, including the big reveal, sums up this lackluster experience that should've been so much more Read Full Review

this series was really good, but it could have been more. The art could have been better, and the characterization for other characters could be stronger. But overall, this is another Wolverine banger. Maybe if I re-read this again from beginning to end I will rate this higher
It has good art and a solid plot. The last issue is the best one yet. Overall, the series is a disappointment. I was expecting more from a Hickmann/ Cappulo book. It's good but easily forgotten.
This whole series was disappointing. I had some fun but not as much as I should have. Hickman is one of the best but maybe he just can't do fun, mindless smash em' up books. Art was amazing though.
Great art for this whole series, but I found the story and set pieces really disappointing.
