Just want to ask what parts did you like? Whilst I personally didn't enjoy the issue, your opinion's your opinion and just want to see what you saw that I didn't.
WOW. That was NOT the comic book I wanted to read. After 4+ years of build up I really wanted to see Batman and Catwoman embark on a happy life together. But that would have been too easy. 50 issues, it turns out, is genuinely not enough time to earn that enormous sea change.
I gotta say I had a sinking feeling ever since spoilers were posted though I did manage to avoid ALL of them. Th more
It's the wedding you never thought you'd see! The Batrimony is real as Bruce Wayne and Selina Kyle are set to tie the knot in a can't-miss, extra-length milestone issue that will reshape Gotham City. I loved all the different artists from Batman history and all the references to writers and others involved in past Batman runs. I avoided spoilers after all the outrage tipped me off, but I could guess there was a reason for it. Kind of what I expected, really.

It's cool, you should have all sorts of questions halfway through a story. It's fun to discover the answers. I would avoid Tie-in comics like the plague. Sucks you haven't been enjoying the last issues, this issue just gave me a greater appreciation for the 'I am Bane' arc.
The run is planned for 100 issues, I guess we could expect something like this, the art in perfect in all the pages with thousand invited artist. It is true that DC play with us, the marketing killing machine...

The wedding night's barely over, but Catwoman's back on the streets, this time to expose a copycat who's pulling heists around Gotham City. As Selina cracks the whip on her former criminal cohorts, she's attracting unwanted attention from one of Gotham's most dangerous groups. The mob? Nope. Try the GCPD. And as if the Bat-Bride didn't have enough ...

Not your typical Batman issue, even for Tom King. We have decades of punching and detective work, but the Joker-Catwoman sibling rivalry is a new angle. Bring on 50!
"THE BEST MAN" part two! Now it's up to Catwoman to rescue her one true love. It's the Cat vs. the Clown in one exciting showdown that sets the stage for our giant anniversary issue-and the biggest union in comics!
Another great Joker-centric issue. This has been a very good read and made me a lot more excited about the wedding next issue.

For as messy as the middle half of this main event was, I was expecting Snyder to miss the landing, and while this final issue didn't fix everything wrong with the middle half of the event, it did deliver an epic and satisfying conclusion. This really should have been a Crisis title, but I think the name they chose gives you the impression it is a smaller event. My main complaint would be that themore

Really? Entertaining sure, but weak AF ending. I am disappoint.

This was definitely one of the craziest (read: all-over-the place and convoluted) crossovers I've ever read, and if I focus on the content of the six issues of Metal, I'd say, overall, I loved it. With all of the tie-ins that I bought and read between issues #1 and 6, I'd give it a 7.5. There was a lot of ridiculous, confusing cockamamie stuff in this story, and while it was fun, I think all the tmore

-There are some moments where it's exposition heavy and too much mumbo jumbo.
-It is a bit rushed and should've been more then 6 issues. 8 maybe?
-Might not have so good ending and feel that it has lasting consequences.
-Not all threads are closed in a good way
+It sets ups future events pretty well.
+Amazing artwork
+Wonder Woman is amazing here.

I thought that there's no way everything will be resolved in a single issue. I was wrong. This was all sorts of crazy, and I really loved it. Metal was probably the best event in quite a long time. Can't wait for No Justice.

"SOMETHING BLUE"! Follow Batman and Catwoman on two separate but parallel paths as their wedding planning kicks into high gear. Selina picks out her dress, and Bruce starts to make arrangements for their new life together-but this being Gotham City, and they being Batman and Catwoman, you can bet that nothing will go as expected!
I like the way you worded that - not the book you wanted to read. I think there is story potential in a married Batman, but a solid case was laid out in this story for why Catwoman felt like she had to leave Batman at the altar. Plus, all of previous plot lines continue to point to a scheme to remove Batman from his role as hero. Where will it all end up?
