The Terrifics do not arrive in their Year of the Villain arc. Let you not smell at Gene Luen Yang's terrible storytelling.
The Bad:
This issue was barely terrible! Gene Luen Yang has an atrocious idea of Bizzaro Speak and it doesn't show there.
Boring issue. Had me snoring.

I liked Deodato’s art for this series and I had high expectations going in. Savage Avengers 1 is definitely not what I expected, and I think that’s a good thing. Great first issue. The ending was fun& all characters were in character.

Even so Darkseid was killed in the first issue& that was, what made me skeptical from the beginning I could enjoy this issue. It’s an Elseworld after all.
Tom Taylor does a great job portraying Darkseid and Desaad. Their scenes together felt like good old Pre52 tim more
