The worst issue. For so many reasons. First, why Williamson needs to explain everything to us? The plot treat us like we were dumbs, its frustrating. And yea, is the fifht issue of seven, and there are like 13 pages of nothing and so many script. Also, this is not legacy, the 90% of the characters in the ''Titans'' page doesnt even have any series or comic. Why's blue beetle a legacy character, for example? And where's Jace Fox as the new batman? And who's the new character? I say it again, fifht issues, and nothings happening. Pariah still show up like 1 secong, and the fake world's thing is absurd, why everyone scape so easily? They even rescued wonder woman OUTSIDE OF THE PAGES. She appears suddenly in the world of superman. And the action is just empty pages. Like I said, worst issue. So far. more

Josh Williamson might have just written some of the worst dialogue I have ever read in a cape comic before. Literally nothing has happened throughout all 5 of these issues. What a disappointment.

So far this series felt more like a regular Justice League story, not a Crisis, after the last issue it seemed that this would change. Not the case unfortunately. The scale of the battles feels small and rushed. This is supposed to be about legacy but all we get is some cheap fanservice. It lacks a real argument about legacy heroes, instead it just goes "hey, look, the young heroes look cool". Also, this issue also was hyped as the return of the Justice League, which is horrible for a story about legacy, in my opinion. Some of this event is feeling like an Walking Dead ep, something insane happens at the end, to hook you up for the next ep, but then, nothing happens, people just talk and in the end another crazy thing happens. Last issued ended with the return of the infinite earths, today's issue should open with the insanity something like this should bring but we get stuff that should be at the begging of a story like this, like heroes being recruted. And again, nothing original. The return of the infinite earths? We got that years ago in another sequel for crisis on infinite earths, infinite crisis. Again, the art is amazing and at least the plot is rolling but it feels so empty. What is the point of this besides events with crisis on the name making easy money? more

There are some moments I really liked, and the art is good. However, a lot of the remaining heroes are former Justice League and are adults. The idea that only kids or legacy characters are left behind doesn’t work. Nightwing, while the first sidekick, is one of the most experienced heroes in the DCU, has led multiple teams, and has been an adult solo hero for years/decades. Having multiple characters call him some variation of kid is just annoying. Vixen is also not a kid or sidekick, nor are various other characters. In fact, some characters that are shown were in the JL, but not the Titans, which makes the rallying cry confusing. (Speaking of, where’s Tempest?) I’m guessing a Titans book will be coming out of this event, but this just seems like an odd framing. There’s a lot of focus on group names instead of just rallying heroes to battle villains, which is more what I thought this issue was intending based on Oracle’s direction to call at the beginning. more

Wow, the cover of this is so bad. The faces are almost laughable. I'm so tired of the additional story I don't want. I'm so glad the Warworld story arc is over. Here we a filler issue where Superman brings a couple of the Warworld kids home with him. He reunites with his wife and gives a speech. Meanwhile, we set up Luthor being his notorious self. In the backup story - how does Superman suddenly have his supersuit when returning from Warworld? Come on - continuity, guys. more

Great arc, though this last chapter felt a little rushed but overall satisfying. Shame the art dipped throughout the run.

I read this right after Crimson Cage.
What a drop off in wrestling comic quality.
No stakes. Nothing I care about. And I love the subject matter.
Huge let down.

Perfect ending to a perfect book.
I hope this creative team finds their way back to the squared circle. I can't do dumb wrestling comics like Do A Powerbomb. I need more Crimson Cage.
