This issue leaves fans on edge, as it is pure suspense, and more than puts Batman on notice. The story by Tomasi is smart, powerful, and brimming with intensity. The art by Mahnke and Mendoza gives fans a different look at the Dark Knight. Overall, a great issue that flips the tables on some characters and gives fans an angry and focused Batman.

This issue gives readers quite a history lesson in why these factions are facing off in the first place. The story by Wolfman, gives readers a story that could be in any Tales from the Crypt episode. The art by Mhan is stunning. Altogether, this ends with another impactful death, and hopefully, leads somewhere the readers want to go.

View Issue       View Full Review

The story by Tomasi is engaging and introspective enough for readers to get a better understanding of the character. The art by Mahnke is alluring and gives the book a nice uplift from the last few artists. Overall, a great issue that makes the book exciting again in a way that makes you love reading Batman.

This issue, though abbreviated, is compelling, action packed and dense with character development that wouldn't be as good in most other writers' hands. The story by Robinson is smart and gives readers the tense action they have been clamoring for. The art by Di Giandomenico is gorgeous and dramatically improves over the last issue. Overall, a great issue, that reestablishes balance to the Batman canon.

Buy as this issue gives readers a a twisted turning point in this tenth installment. The story by Wolfman, gives readers quite a roller coaster, one that is far from the ordinary tale. The art by Mhan is gorgeous. Altogether, this issue is as close to flawless as the story has been so far.

View Issue       View Full Review

This issue gives quite a battle royale between the Bat Family and Kobra, one that exposes more about each character than one would expect from any fight scene. The story by Robinson is exciting and gives readers the fight they have been waiting for. The art by Di Giandomenico is serviceable at best, but right now is not aesthetically pleasing. Overall, an action-packed issue, that barely gives reader a chance to breathe

View Issue       View Full Review

This issue gives readers a rather fun, dark, morose and complicated story in this ninth chapter. The story by Wolfman throws in a few twists that no one saw coming. The art by Mhan feels like a 1970s comic in the best way possible. Altogether, this issue changes the game for all the characters involved, and I can't wait to see where it goes next.

This issue explains the setup from the previous issue and gives us a glimpse of what is yet to come. The story by Robinson is fun, action packed and probably some of the best pages of dialogue that I have ever read in comics. The art by Di Giandomenico is pretty awesome, as it both evokes nostalgia and is a style all its own. Overall, an exciting issue that comic book readers can fall right into, and not miss a beat.

This issue fully realizes the potential of a Two-Face story that fans would hope for. The story by Robinson saunters somewhere between action packed thriller and crime procedural while remembering to tell a good story. The art by Segovia is simply flawless, as each panel could be a poster. Overall, an entertaining issue that fans will love to re-read.

View Issue       View Full Review

This issue continues the arc set by Robinson and Segovia, which looks to be part of a bigger scheme that Two-Face has setup. The story by Robinson definitely feels like a crime procedural, one that can almost be an episode of Law & Order, as the story grind at the details like most procedural dramas until you get a breakthrough like most crime TV shows do. The art by Segovia continues to be stellar, which is more than enough reason to re-read this book more than once. Overall, an engaging second installment in what looks to be a very interesting story.

This issue starts out like a heist movie but ends up being what the book was intended to be, a supernatural horror comic, one that has elevated the DC brand. The story by Wolfman feels like a Hammer Horror movie but with superheroes. He knows these characters intimately and wants the reader to be just as invested. The art by Mhan is gorgeous. Altogether, an excellent installment in this miniseries which should really be an ongoing series.

View Issue       View Full Review

This issue gives readers a new creative team, and through well-structured plotline, dense character studies and the aesthetics that they employ throughout, they show their love for both the characters and this world. The story by Robinson is fast paced, well developed, and exciting. The art by Segovia is elegant. This issue is a change in tone, story structure and cast of characters, giving fans a sort-of reset on the book.

This issue shows fans that Batman may not know how to always ask for help, even when he needs it, and though he seems to be in control most of the time, he doesnt always have the answers. The story by Hill is funny at times, brutal at times, and definitely action packed. The art throughout is gorgeous. This issue makes for a satisfying conclusion to the story revolving around Karma and only revs up the next arc.

View Issue       View Full Review

This issue gives readers what continues to sound like an exciting story and what should be an ongoing series instead of just a 12-issue miniseries. The book has all the potential to fill the void left by Gotham Academy and Magik U, as it has compelling characters, an interesting plotline and a whole universe separate from the main continuity.

Buy as this issue gives fans, a deeper look into the dynamics between the Bat Family, and how much of an obsessive-compulsive personality Bruce Wayne has. As his need to be in control of things, lead to the creation of Karma and to his temporary defeat by Karma. The story by Hill, I brisk, intelligent and powerful. The art by Briones is vivid and beautiful. This issue pivots from its last installment to something more than a bad guy of the week, to a past sins story.

View Issue       View Full Review

The story by Hill is a clever character study that both pushes the readers into uncomfortable spaces and illuminates those dark corridors of Bruce Waynes mind. The art by Briones is arresting and vivid. Altogether, a change in creative teams doesnt slow the book down one bit, but instead provides for a beautiful change.

This issue provides fans with the finale that they deserve, as this is one of the best showcases of these two characters to date.

View Issue       View Full Review

This issue shows us even more vulnerabilities that these characters have, especially Bruce, whose iron fist in leading the Bat Family can be too much and scare people away. The story by Hill revitalizes the canon and gives new looks at these characters and the art by Mondenca is sleek and alluring. Definitely an interesting take on these characters.

View Issue       View Full Review

This arc pretty much restarts the book, not only from Tynions superior run, but also from the last issue. The story by Hill is layered, methodical, and unravels like a good murder mystery. The art by Mendona is riveting. Definitely a shift in tone and tempo, as the book moves forward with a brand new feel.

This issue gives readers a rather satisfying conclusion to this arc. Within this particular issue we find that the character is not the sole offspring of Trigon, but one of many, and the depth of his lurid evil is more than what readers have come to expect or even comprehend.
