The next turning point for the Terrifics starts here! It's a new chapter in the lives of Mr. Terrific, Phantom Girl, Meta-morpho and Plastic Man as their renewed mission of exploring the Multiverse and protecting Earth's place amid the cosmic tapestry hits upon a terrifying message hidden within their own technology: something big is coming. When a distress call from Bgztl heralds Armageddon for planet Earth, the team must think bigger, trust no one and fight with everything they've got to save the planet from... the Megacosm!
With this new run still only just beginning, the differences are felt and welcomed. As a more character focus starts, the run sets itself apart from its predecessor and tends to create a new layer for the young teams burgeoning mythos. Read Full Review
No need to worry fans, this book is in solid hands despite the new creative team and every bit as entertaining as ever. Read Full Review
Gene Yang and Steven Segovia's run of Terrifics is off to a roaring start, packed with fun ideas, great character interaction and loads of heart. Yang delivers, as always. Read Full Review
A new creative team takes over THE TERRIFICS! Writer Gene Luen Yang offers a new challenge to the team, and nails all the character interactions that Lemire had established. Segovia's artwork is excellent, particular in the action sequences. Read Full Review
If you were burned out on the previous issues or perhaps are looking for a good jumping on point, I must heartily recommend The Terrifics #15. Yang and Segovia take these fun characters and have concocted a new journey unlike the multiverse madness before, and it's shaping up to be one hell of a ride. Read Full Review

The Terrifics #15 brings us to a point that for the most part has been a long time coming. This new chapter in the lives of Mr. Terrific, Phantom Girl, Metamorpho and Plastic Man was fun, action-packed, and still managed to be endearing when it mattered most. I just hope they are able to dodge the areas where they run the risk of things getting predictable. This is a story that has so far nailed the excitement in being able to embrace the unknown. I did enjoy this issue. And I hope it continues to achieve the heights that the first 14 issues did. Its not exactly the same book it was before, but for now, its close enough. Read Full Review
The new creative team is off to a good start, but it remains to seen if they will live up to the high standard set by the outgoing team, but the potential to do so is evident. Jeff Lemire is a hard act to follow, but I have hopes that Gene Luen Yang is up to the job. Read Full Review
Stephen Segovias art is great. All of the action was amazing and the characters and backgrounds are rendered beautifully. Read Full Review
The story goes in a slightly new direction, andthe team works together well to dispatch a few problems. The reading experienceis better, but this issue is still pretty mediocre, all told. If you've beenwaiting for this book to get really good, that may yet be forthcoming…but itwill take a few issues to find out. Read Full Review
New writer Gene Luen Yang is doing a Terrific job. This actually feels more meaty than any of Lemire's single issues. Oh and it didn't effect my score, but I liked the cover that was making fun of Bendis' Action openers.
First issue of Yang's run, and it did not disappoint! Some interesting stuff going on here, and the team dynamics were perfectly executed. Keen to see what's next.
Yang's first issue does NOT disappoint.
Great artwork and dialogue! But is DC really making a fantastic four book? Seems like it! And unfortunately it’s bit eye roll with how they do it.
I didn't mind this issue. I have more hope for a Gene Luen Yang written Terrifics now. He did well on New Super-Man, but not even Jeff Lemire could make me care about this team.
I refuse to believe that the third smartest man in the world has never heard of the plagues of Egypt. I won’t hear it and I won’t respond to it.
