The mystery of the God Game deepens, and the Terrifics find themselves face to face with a being unlike any they've ever encountered before. But is this digital deity benevolent...or is this an angry god? When the team discovers Simon and Sapphire Stagg on the executioner's block, the answer would seem to be pretty clear!

DC Comics News - Derek McNeil Jun 28, 2019

VerdictGene Luen Yang is doing an admirable job with his first story arc so far. Jeff Lemire is a hard act to follow, but Yang is delivering. The Terrifics has been one of my favourite titles since its first issue, and the changing of the creative guard has not led to any drop in quality. Read Full Review

Black Nerd Problems - Mikkel Snyder Jun 26, 2019

Yang and Segovia continue to prove that they were the perfect creative team to revitalizes the Terrifics. Beyond The Panel - Jideobi Odunze Jun 26, 2019

The Terrifics #17 adds another memorable issue into the collection. Who am I kidding, just about everything from this new story arc has been memorable so far. New direction, and no limits to what this team can encounter. One would think the Dark Multiverse would be hitting the ceiling, and then you would be proven wrong after this. Read Full Review

Geek Dad - Ray Goldfield Jun 26, 2019

While this isn't as strong as the rest of the series, mainly due to how chaotic the plot gets, it's still one of the most consistent books in DC's stable. Read Full Review

I love the playfulness of this story and Yangs dead-on instincts in handling the characters. Were getting close to the point where its time to wind this arc down, but Yang and Segovia are making this a fun ride. Read Full Review

    Weird Science - Dispatch Jun 26, 2019

If I wanted to read the FANTASTIC FOUR, I'd just go read it at Marvel. If I wanted to take slight religious jabs at YAHWEH, His abilities, and His motives, I'd find some Agnostic or Atheist website and read up. But I didn't pick up a comic about a smart man, a stretchy guy, a girl who can phase through things, and a dude who can transform into almost anything to go down some thought experiment on God.  Read Full Review
