Luca Maresca's artistic talents can't be ignored. He keeps the action scrupulously clear while layering the story with his own ideas, little visual-only moments that deepen and enhance the experience. But I have to be most impressed with Deniz Camp's script. It's still wordy and stuffed with challenging concepts. This issue benefits from laser-like focus, though. I didn't enjoy this as much as the first issue, but I thought it was still fairly intriguing. I think that the last issue set up some interesting ideas, and now this issue's purpose is to build off of those a bit in order to bring us closer to the big conclusion. Now that this miniseries is going into the second half, I hope the quality goes back up instead of continuing to go down.
