While technological innovations might not be the impetus of either story in the book, its tone honors a specific vibe of books like Strange Tales and Adventures into Weird Worlds, breathing life into a classic comic book genre. Read Full Review
Overall, I love that this issue kept to the idea of the Unknown Worlds part of the books name and it delivered two stories centred on alien lifeforms from other worlds. Marvel's Atlas Comics anthology revivals continue to show promise with Journey Into Unknown Worlds. As with the straight-ahead horror revival Crypt of Shadows from earlier this month, more than one story fits the same theme without feeling repetitious. Read Full Review
If you've ever enjoyed classic Marvel Comics horror, the weird, or singular stories in the comic format you will love this. This is great horror. Read Full Review

Journey Into Unknown Worlds is a great throwback to the kinds of scary stories that Marvel did back in the day. It shows that the publisher still has some horror chops. I'd love to see this become a more regular tradition, even if it was just a yearly anthology. Read Full Review

This was good. Just another throwback to the old Science Fiction anthologies. If you're expecting something grand from these, you really shouldn't.
There were some neat ideas here but, as with most anthologies, they were not given the chance to flourish. That first one almost had me, with all the cool body horror, but then no.
