After saving the citizens of San Francisco from the worst of THE WAR OF THE REALMS, the Superior Spider-Man is the toast of the town! The key to the city! A ticker-tape parade! Adoration of the masses! That should make him feel good, right? Whatever he's feeling, he should treasure it, because someone very dangerous is coming for him...
Rated T+
Superior Spider-Man #9 is not the issue where old enemies make their way back into Otto's life, but we got something way better before that. There has never been a better time to say the words “all lives matter” in a superhero world. This creative team has changed the game for event tie-ins. You can always do so much more with them, and Superior Spider-Man #9 set the bar with what can come after. Read Full Review
A story as fascinatingly complex and impacting as Superior Spider-Man himself. This is a book with a lot of potential hitting its stride, and I couldn't be more excited to see where we go from here. Read Full Review
A great entry in an amazing series. You need to be reading this series it's top notch. Read Full Review
Overall, Superior Spider-Man throws out an issue that hits some emotional notes, about what a hero goes through when all the excitement passes and they're left with their thoughts and the results at hand. Otto's surrounding cast shines in this issue and while we dont get a typical action packed Spidey issue here sometimes the emotional breaks in between can be just as enjoyable. Hawthorne and company continue to provide the title a unique look I hope continues. Read Full Review
The comic also features a brief encounter between Otto and the ridiculous Z-list villain Tuner D. Century who Otto is able to take out some of his frustration prior to his heart-to-heart with that “other” Spider-Man. Worth a look. Read Full Review

Omg someone give this beautiful, delicate flower a hug, I love him.
Really well-done character issue.
"Your inner voice is right, fool !"
This series makes me wish that superior Spidey never goes back to being doc ock ever again
Has the feel of a filler issue.
The tricky thing about Turner D. Century is, joking about how much he sucks does not make him not suck. My rating slides to the bottom of the stack because of that suckitude and because the art rubbed me the wrong way, particularly at the start. Also, apparently, because I find the "genius man-baby needs his emotional diaper changed" premise a lot less thrilling than most readers.
