The quality of this series continues to go uphill and I love to see it. I think all of the characters were written well here, and I, once again, particularly enjoy how Howard writes Rogue. It also helps that the story is more interesting and engaging this time around, as it feels a little more linear than what we got in Issue 9. To's art was pretty solid as well.

I was very confused about this issue, but after refreshing myself on the past few issues, I enjoyed it more.

The Excalibur party reaches the Citadel, though Jubilee and Shogo must stay behind. I was pleasantly surprised how compelling and rational the world-building and large-scale plotting were in this issue, and those are combined with still-outstanding art. Appealing character development, too.

Lacks the chaotic energy of what made #10 so great. Also felt like there were some pages missing near the beginning. Would've liked to see Jubilee and Shogo's capture. Not terrible but definitely a disappointing step down from the last few issues.

I'm not a fan of this new trend of "lets dump a page of text and move the story forwards half a dozen pages" I've seen in a few X-books, but overall it's still mostly alright.
