• The Reed Richards from a dead reality calls himself "The Maker" - and his plans for the world are far more insane than anything Doctor Doom ever attempted.
•  Now Doom, as Iron Man, is the only one who can stop him. Doom is the hero? Richards is the villain? It is a world gone mad!

Infamous Iron Man is a strong comic because it avoids the standard "bad guy turns good" clichs. Bendis is doing some of his finest work here. From the devastation of the villains to the jaw-dropping climax, IIM is an easy comic to endorse. Read Full Review

Two issues into this arc, it still feels like the conflict between Doom and Ultimate Reed Richards is stuck in its most nascent stage. Read Full Review

This issue features some of the flattest storytelling in the series so far, but finishes strong with some on point with some great interactions between Ben & Doom, with a solid cliffhanger to cap it off. If this is Infamous Iron Man at its slowest, then count me in for the rest of this run, no matter how long it lasts. Read Full Review

    PopMatters - Jack Fisher Apr 27, 2017

Between the character relationships and the methods Doom utilizes, Infamous Iron Man #7 gives polish to the overall narrative. It also sets up some new challenges that will test Doom's overly-efficient methods, as well as his commitment to being a hero. While stories about heroes becoming villains are nothing new, a character like Victor Von Doom requires a certain level of refinement. For the story unfolding in Infamous Iron Man, Bendis and Maleev continue to deliver. Terrifying hardened villains is just a nice bonus. Read Full Review

The artwork is lovely, and the comic does provide some good character moments and helps advance the plot. Yet the dialogue leaves much to be desired. Read Full Review

Alex Maleev and Matt Hollingsworth are doing an amazing job with the artwork. The collaboration between the two helps the overall feel of the story. Bits and Pieces:This is a slow burn that may become uninteresting and dull very soon. Just more of what we've seen previously with another huge cliffhanger. Only time will if Bendis can deliver on the cool story he continues to set up.  The art continues to be some of my favorite coming out of Marvel. Read Full Review
