Batman Superman World's Finest never fails to have at least one moment each issue to reinforce why it's one of the best comics going. This is a really fun issue with great characterization and some unexpectedly clever action sequences. Read Full Review

    AIPT - Piper Whitaker Apr 16, 2024

'Batman/Superman: World's Finest #26' is a strong start in an already brilliant series. I can't wait to see what happens next and maybe see if this shattering ending brings in Mxy and Bat-Mite's second favorite heroes, Supergirl and Batgirl. Read Full Review

I love it when we see C-tier characters shine; in these, we get some like Bat-Mite and Kadabra make appearances. This is a fun comic that I think folks should pick up because the art is insanely wonderful with the various methods, the writing delivers various depths of emotions, and all in all it's a lighthearted story with real stakes. Batman/Superman: World's Finest #26 is a fun and engaging read that sets the stage for a potentially universe-shattering storyline that many fans would never have dreamed up before.  Waid's clever writing and Mora's fantastic art make this a must-read for fans of the World's Finest team and continue to showcase just why this series has been one of the best out of DC Comics for almost two years now. Pick up this issue if you're a fan of Batman/Superman team-ups, or if you enjoy stories that blend humor and superhero action.  Plus, this issue is also a good jumping-on point for new readers, as it doesn't require a deep understanding of past continuity. While the Batman/Superman Annual might have started the story, it isn't essential to enjoying the beginning of this new arc. World's Finest continues to be the gold standard of current super hero tales. Read Full Review

Dark Knight News - Bryant Lucas Apr 18, 2024

Batman/Superman: World's Finest #26 is another great issue in an all-star run. I might be a simple man to please, but there's something delightful about 5th-dimensional imps, they just bring me joy. That being said, it's worth noting that this title's consistency is remarkable, as Mark Waid and Dan Mora continue to produce comic book gold. It remains fresh after two years, and there's no sense that this title will be slowing down anytime soon. Read Full Review

Geek Dad - Ray Goldfield Apr 16, 2024

While this story is much more serious than the type they usually appear in, that doesn't mean Waid and Mora don't know how to have some fun. The sheer unpredictability they bring to every story is on full display, such as when they randomly decide to give Robin superpowers because it'll up the power level (and he asked). Read Full Review

Weird Science - Gabe Hernandez Apr 17, 2024

Batman / Superman: World's Finest #26 overflows with action, adventure, excitement, and jaw-dropping art. The challenge facing the World's Finest feels huge, and the mysterious villain is an attention-grabber. But for some odd character work for Mxyzptlk, this would be a near-perfect issue. Comic Watch - Kevin Rossi Apr 16, 2024

Overall, Batman/Superman: Worlds Finest #26 is a fun and boisterous issue that does an excellent job incorporating Imps to Worlds Finest. Mark Waid continues to knock it out of the park along with Dan Mora, Tamra Bonvillain, and Steve Wands. This series hasnt disappointed yet and shows no signs of doing so anytime soon. Batman-News - Jackson Luken Apr 16, 2024

Just as you'd expect from a story like this, it's full of over the top exciting action and ridiculous powers, giving Mora and Bonvillain's art a chance to shine. The “I can do whatever I want” aspect of their abilities can make identifying the stakes or rules of the conflict a bit hard to parse out, but if you move past that and just enjoy the spectacle, it's a lot of fun. The Batman Universe - Scott Waldyn Apr 17, 2024

If nothing else, Batman / Superman: World's Finest #26 is a visually stunning book that continues to consistently deliver the elation, fun, pomp, and circumstance readers have come to enjoy. While Batman has identity crisis after identity crisis in his main books, at least in World's Finest, he can actually be a hero. Read Full Review

Supergirl Comic Box Commentary - Anj Apr 22, 2024

Everyone reunites to take on the Parasite and the Para-Mite. With a magic enhancement, Parasite can now absorb just about anything leading to the insane last panel and cliffhanger. I know I am going overboard but Mora is just magical, from the rough physique of the Parasite to the warped draining of mass and volume in the attack. So this was a very solid issue, obviously full of good character moments, action, and art. But I feel a little dissonance here. Read Full Review
