THE BIGGEST STORY IN MARVEL HISTORY CONTINUES!
WHO IS THE MYSTERIOUS NEW CHARACTER FROM MARVEL'S PAST?
It was a story too large for any one issue, with too many classic Marvel creators who wanted to be a part of the fun! And so the party continues on with this additional celebratory issue, featuring additional secrets and revelations about the Eternity Mask and the person who now wears it!

Marvel Comics (2019-) #1001 continues Marvel's celebration of 80 years. With a different creative team and story on every page, this issue has it's share of hits and misses, but remains fun for the most part. Read Full Review
I had fun with this issue, but it's also not all that necessary to read either. A couple of stories stand out while others are just so-so, and while it's interesting to see Ewing's ever-so-slight additional Masked Raider story, it's not enough to warrant a purchase alone. If you skipped Marvel Comics #1000, I suggest waiting for the collected edition. Read Full Review
This collection isn't as strong as Marvel Comics #1000, but it does have some entertaining stories if you're willing to overlook some sizable filler. Read Full Review
(Strange Note: She-Hulk and the Thing appear on the cover, but aren't in the issue at all, it's kinda weird. The closest it gets is when Blonde Phantom briefly mentions She-Hulk) Read Full Review
love it but still who is the ............
Definitely not up to the standards of the 1000 issue. Not something I’d imagine re-reading but it had fun moments while I was in the midst of it.
Its got some great art and some fun little stories. I enjoyed it but its not a must read in any way.
Look, I'm not even going to grace this with the proper format. It's boring. That's it.
I came into this comic skeptical: of these stories weren’t good enough to make the cut in issue 1000, why publish them at all? Turns out, I was right to be skeptical. I was absolutely bored throughout this issue and got nothing out of it except one lone 1-page story about Uatu the Watcher
The unappetizing doggie bag left behind after the belly-busting feast of #1000. Even less structure than the previous issue; each page is left to sink or swim on its own. Some swim, but the ratio is pretty woeful. The prospect of reading this a second time is unwelcome, and that's the sure sign of a comic that deserves a below-average rating.
Feels a little unnecessary and aimless. Not sure why this comic exists other than a cash grab, but it doesn't carry the gravitas of 1000 so idk? This book has the 1 page stories again, but none of them stick or are as good as the ones in 1000. 1000 also had a theme and an interconnecting story, I might have to read this again, but this book kinda feels like they just gave the people who weren't in 1000 a shot to tell stories, as well as to make a quick buck. in 1000 there was also the theme of every year on a page, but this book was pretty aimless. Not a big fan of this book as you can see, so can't recommend. Some of the art is good in the book however, still not worth the $4.99.
Oh my god most of this was such a drag to read.
There's only five pages here that I thought were good. Out of 30.
