It was a good solid issue with good action and humor, however, it is more of a stepping stone for what is to come in the next few issues. |

Overall, another great issue of Daredevil. It's great to see Elektra taking up the mantle of being Daredevil and the challenge she faces of living up to the name when she struggles with her complicated morals. |

Chip Zdarsky continues to dazzle us this story arc and while there was not much action in this issue its widely shown how the plot continues to thicken especially with the Stromwyns continuing to display their power to only our protagonist (Matt Murdock/Daredevil), but to the antagonist as well Wilson Fisk. Also excited for the return of one of Daredevil's deadliest foe in the next issue. |

MacKay continues to keep my interesting in the new Black Cat series going. The writing for this issue was well done especially the interacting between Felicia and her mother as well as the ones between her and Danny Rand/Iron Fist. If the Beetle was added for some comic relief then it succeeded. The ending was a great fit for the upcoming war against the NY Thieves Guild. |

I like the direction Duggan was going with this issue as it sets itself up for the next issue. While I didn't really go for the clashing of the personalities the action made up for it as well as Doctor Strange becoming the Iron Mage at the end. Overall, I enjoyed the issue and look forward to the next one. |

Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man (2019) #13 |

While the plot of the story had some issues it was still a good read, however, I believe this is an arc that could of maybe carried into 2 or 3 issues. It was fun and good to see Spider-Man saving the day alongside his old friends, the Fantastic Four. I feel like Tom Taylor should have considered carrying this into two or 3 issues like he did in issues 1-4 before concluding it in this one issue. Overall it was good and still a fun read. |

Tom Taylor continues to surprise us with his unpredictable storytelling of this new Spider-Man series. This issue really caught me off guard with how it ended. I'll be honest it wasn't the way I thought it was going to end with Iron Man/Tony Stark taking over the Fairgray company, but that's what makes it good because of how unpredictable the end was. |
