• Hell's Kitchen is hanging by a thread-and that thread is Daredevil!
• Owl makes his play while Mayor Fisk watches from the sidelines.

This is a fantastic issue, a story of the people rising up as heroes and standing against evil. Matt Murdock begins his journey back to Daredevil and the pieces that have been introduced since issue #1 are coming together. This has been a crazy ride and this issue will make the wait for April's issue that much harder. If you have ever wanted to get a friend into Daredevil, this would be the issue to show them. Daredevil has been one of Marvel Comics' premiere series and the first half of this climax promises that there's still plenty for readers to anticipate. Read Full Review
Daredevil #19 is a masterclass of how to use every building block up to this point to provide both a payoff to what has been built while continuing to add to what's already there. Chip Zdarsky and Marco Checchetto did a fantastic job building developing several storylines throughout Daredevil #19. All that development made the ending as impactful as possible with Matt Murdock taking a big step forward. Read Full Review
Daredevil #19 is a balls to the wall action-fest that has a little bit of everything. Marco Checchetto's art is superb, there are lots of classic villains running around, and in the end, the people of Hell's Kitchen inspire Matt like they always dobut at what cost?!? The craziness looks like it's just getting started, and it's a shock to me more people aren't reading this book. If you're not, start right now and thank me later! Read Full Review
The art is simply fantastic. Marco Checchetto is definitely one of my favorite Daredevil artists ever. His style fits the tone so well it's insane. And Mattia Iacono's coloring blends perfectly with it. The way Marco draws the fights makes them feel so real and visceral. And the explosions and fire and smoke all look really good as well Read Full Review

This issue was my favorite issue of Daredevil that I've read in a very long time. The creative team gets him back to his roots without losing the progress that the character has made through the years. Read Full Review

The last couple of pages with the Typhoid Mary reveal and Matt becoming Daredevil again gave me chills.
Insanity. Zdarsky is giving Bendis and Miller a run for their titles of best DD writer. Hes already far surpassed Soule, Nocenti, and Brubaker in my eyes and probably Waid too, and I’m not even halfway done with this run…
This is simply a great comic. This issue is the culmination of 18 issues of political intrigue and self-discovery. Matt is officially back as Daredevil and I couldn't be more excited. Also: that Typhoid Mary reveal!
-The art is perfect this issue, love the shattering glass, the flames rising throughout the panels and the vast amount of expression depicted
-Having the owl in for a page was a nice touch, i would have been wonder what he was doing during the battle
-Powerful image of kingpin looking over hell's kitchen
-Im happy chip went all in on daredevil being a symbol
-Surprise character reveal, always looking forward see how chip changes things up
Ugh how is this comic so PERFECT.
Wow, this is why I started reading Daredevil during the Miller era. Just incredible!
another fantastic issue! this continues to be the best series in my opinion
This was such a great issue. It really is a pay off to everything this run has been about up till this point. That ending was perfect.
Prelude:
Time for this two parter of Inferno. Let's see what Zdarsky has in store for us with Daredevil this time.
The Good:
Love the all-out street war.
The civilians becoming Daredevil was great.
DAREDEVIL IS BACK!!!!
Checchetto's art is phenomenal.
Stilt-Man was almost threatening there.
Typhoid Mary. I was not expecting that reveal.
The Bad:
Nothing.
Conclusion:
This was an amazing issue. So much happened and it was great.
This has to be at least the 3rd issue of this run ive given a 10 too and I only give 10s to the best of the best. This is what that issue was. It had everything this run has been building too and that last page was just perfect.
EPIC
AMAZING, nothing else to say about it. a damn perfect issue
As good as the previous issue but elevated by Checchetto's mesmerising art.
The main reason I read comics is the eternal hope that I will get to experience books like this.
Everyone owes it to themselves to read this series.
As a resident of the Portland OR area, let's just say it's cathartic witnessing the citizens of Hell's Kitchen step up and resist an assault on their home by nefarious, white incels coming to the neighborhood solely to wreak havoc for selfish reasons.
Whose streets? Our streets.
Zdarsky knocks it out of the park again;Things come to the boil in hells kitchen as a merc team of old daredevil villians attempt to burn it to the ground ,the people fight back and matt realises how powerful and how important the symbol of daredevil is, also a fantastic reveal from an old favourite, probably the best of marvels monthly books superb.
Excellent
" I wake up, hoping the sounds are remnants of a nightmare... But it's real. It's all real. My home is being destroyed. Its people... Its people... They help. They fight. They heal. We're in it together. United. United by-- Daredevil... Daredevil was a symbol. I tainted it, and they took it back. It was bigger than me. It was always bigger than me. They carried my burned my sins. But they shouldn't have to. "
- MATT MURDOCK
The Kitchen burns as the Stromwyn's pet supervillains attack it. A wide range of protagonists rise up to stop them, from the people of the kitchen to North's good cops to, of course, Daredevil himself. The storytelling, words and art, lands a little shy of greatness. The development of the plot is absolutely impeccable, though. This is a perfect vehicle for building anticipation in advance of a blockbuster showdown.
Now I know that I’m starting to sound like a broken record here, but my God, this current creative team is good, real good, because Jorge Fornes’s artwork is clean, crisp, and constantly atmospheric, while Chip Zdarsky’s storyline is both emotional and suspenseful to read. In issue 17... http://bit.ly/2wLwY1k
Excellent! It had everything. What a build up to the last few pages. Checchetto delivers yet again with his detailed beautiful art!
