Daredevil #20 was so well paced, written and drawn that I couldn't wait to go back and read it again. Hell, they even made Stilt Man look menacing for a hot second! I didn't know how they were going to top last issue's scene where Hell's Kitchen civilians pulled up dressed in Daredevil masks to defend their block. That moment damn near brought a tear to my eye, but Chip really showed me after this dopeness! Must read material right here. Read Full Review
This might be my favorite issue. The action is so intense and amazing to look at, Marco Checchetto's art is gorgeous as always. The fight against all of the Owl's villains was so cool. Matt is the best he's been all run, and that's saying something because he has been amazing since Zdarsky took over. Read Full Review
Daredevil is back and this issue hits hard. What a return to the Man Without Fear, in an issue where you see people stand together full of action. Matt's journey of the soul is on a great path to redemption. Read Full Review
Daredevil #20 is an incredible issue that cements the title character as one of the most badass heroes in comics. The creative team stunningly produce brilliant illustrated and well-choreographed fight scenes, while keeping the momentum always moving forwards. After everything the protagonist has been through, this feels like an expulsion of frustration that the reader cant help but get sucked into. Read Full Review

This is the second part of a two part story that's going to be held in high regard for years to come as a turning point for the character. Needless to say, this is a must-read. Read Full Review
Daredevil #20 is an exciting, action-packed issue that also changes the story into a new direction by the end. We do maybe start to see where Zdarsky may be ending the story, by the end of this issue. But Daredevil #20 stands out as an exhibit of Marco Checchetto's wonderful artwork. The pages of this issue are chock-full of splendid visuals. If you are in dire need of Daredevil doing superhero stuff then Daredevil #20 is your medicine. Read Full Review
Another chapter closes for Matt Murdock in Daredevil #20 and it does so in a grand, highly effective fashion. But while this finale is a showy one, Daredevil #20 also brings to the table some great development, both for Matt Murdock and the title as a whole as it prepares to enter its next arc. No matter how great the previous issue was Chip Zdarsky and Marco Checchetto find ways to make the next issue better. Daredevil #20 is a clear example of that as Zdarsky and Checchetto use all the developments of the past issues to elevate the events currently taking place in Hell's Kitchen. Matt Murdock returning as Daredevil stole the show with how impressive he was in defeating all the villains and stopping all the chaos. Now as the dust settles on this war Zdarsky and Checchetto have already set the stage for the next big storyline to get fans hyped to see play out. Read Full Review
In short, Daredevil #20 is Daredevil done very right, with a complex story, a satisfying big battle, some surprising players on the field and an ending that feels both shocking and appropriate. Read Full Review
Chip Zdarsky's Daredevil is one of the best comic book series going right now, and this issue is huge. It's a must-read for Daredevil fans new and old! While the pacing felt a little off to get to the meat and cheese of the issue, I can (and do!) easily recommend it to every comic book lover reading this review. Read Full Review
“You’re Matt Murdock. You’re Daredevil. And out of infinite possibilities… there’s only one way this is going to go. My way.”
Insane issue. Seeing Matt take down Rhino, Crossbones, and Bullseye one by one was so satisfying. We also got to see Fisk, Cole, Typhoid Mary and the people of Hell’s Kitchen helping too, which was awesome.
Oh, and The Owl getting betrayed was beautiful.
Then you have the ending in which Matt decides to turn himself in to the authorities. Can’t wait to see how that goes.
Not much too say without sounding like a broken recording
Im late af reading the trades for this. Good lord man. The Devil roams the streets once more.
Awesome awesome awesome comic! What a great finale to what I consider Zdarsky's "season 1" of his Daredevil run. Everything about this comic was so good.
-The opening pages gives me chills
-"He took away my sight, but he gave me the world"
-I cant praise the art enough
-Love Mary's charisma
-Every voice stands alone, each character feels like an individual
-YESSSSSS FISKKKKKKK
-Izzy preludes "you cant buy loyalty" and this issue shows that
-The panel with bullseye(on the van) and DD facing off while flames erupt...Jesus
-"blessed be the lord"
Can't Marvel hire more writers like Chip and more artists like Marco? is it that hard?
This book is just too good to be a 2020 Marvel thing.
this book is incredible!! the artwork is a is a 10 the writing is a 10 the story is a 10! in my opinion daredevil continues to be the best book on the shelves!!
With this issue, actually this whole series puts Zdarsky as one of the top writers on marvel. Inferno was an short but powerful, impactful story arc. Everything from the beginning to the climax was just amazing. I love daredevil. I love zdarsky!
Wow. Just wow.

Haven't done a review in a while b/c of circumstances, but holy mother of god. What an issue. This entire arc has just been an amazing buildup and payoff, this issue in particular is just the amazing climax that Zdarsky has been building towards since issue 1. Matt is back, and he is better than ever, and the fight scenes are all so amazing. The use of radar sense is also awesome to see again, and the inner thought bubbles are perfectly written. Might be the best way to come back to weekly comics for me :)
HOLY CRAP. Absolutely fantastic issue.
Daredevil saves the Kitchen with the help of expected (the amateur DDs, Cole North, Typhoid Mary (!)) and unexpected allies. It's wall-to-wall awesome action, with the lulls perfectly filled with shocking twists. This is right next door to a perfect reading experience.
An unholy alliance with Kingpin and Typhoid Mary take this to the next level.
This was a wild ride and I loved it.
Really good finale with an ending I didn't expect.
Brilliant.
I liked the last issue a little more. There some parts to me that lost the tension a little bit like him owning bullseye for the millionth time but overall it was a really good conclusion and there really isnt much better than daredevil right now.
