I really liked what they did at the end there it was one of those "OH SHIT" moments
TARGET: DAREDEVIL!
• The war in Hell's Kitchen builds as Owl takes his stab at Wilson Fisk, formerly the Kingpin of Crime - now Mayor of New York!
• Matt must come to terms with what Daredevil truly means.
• And he better do it soon, as a new and deadly foe makes a decisive return...

With high drama and even higher emotions, Daredevil #18 continues Ol' Hornhead's hot streak. Read Full Review
It's a masterful piece of superhero comics. Read Full Review
Amazing issue! The suspense is intense and the characters are really starting to interact with each other. A major win and a major loss this issue that will set things up for the next couple of issues. Read Full Review

Daredevil #19 is another great building block into this epic story. This series seems to be sneaking under the radar a bit. I don't hear much chatter about it, but it should not be overlooked. The creative team has added some new and interesting dynamics into Matt Murdock's story. While it is treading very familiar ground for Daredevil it adds in a unique perspective and tweaks to make it original and gripping as the story continues to progress. Read Full Review
Definitely head and shoulders above the last issue. Solid story, great art, and it leaves you on the edge of your seat for the next issue. Read Full Review
Another perfect issue.
I loved Cole in this issue, some truly inspiring dialogue from him.
Everything Matt did in this issue was perfect, especially the way he handled the hostage situation.
The Owl vs Libris Family conflict is about to explode with the death of Thomas and I honestly can’t wait to see someone put The Owl down already.
The Stormwyns launching an attack on Hell’s Kitchen led by Bullseye is an exciting cliffhanger. Can’t wait to see how Fisk deals with this.
Fornes art is f***** incredible. Especially during the chase scene.
Brilliant run!
The stromwyns are not as smart as they seem. There is no way this ends well for them…
-Chip really has made Cole a likable character with this arc and this world of hell's kitchen
-Digging the art during the chase for Mindy's daughter
-Owlsey is colddddd
-Damn the last page is such a hype-builder
-There so much this issue sets up to be excited for while feeling action-packed. Everything feels as if it is on the cusp of breaking loose
Man I am all about this comic tbh.
This was a really good finale to Through Hell. This book continues to be one of the best on the shelves and this run will go down as one of Daredevil's best. You want to get on the train while it's still moving.
Another tremendous chapter! This writing is outstanding I need the next book ASAP!! The art is a bit subpar at times but the writing more than makes up for it and I see checchetto is doing the art for the next issue awesome!!!
I can't say a bad thing about this issue.
This run is going to be classic.
Prelude:
Despite what the cover may proclaim, we're past Through Hell now and in Target: Daredevil. Zdarsky has been doing a great job so far, so let's see how that turns out here.
The Good:
Thomas' actions make sense and there are actual reprecussions for them. Same for Mindy.
I love this unstoppable gang war that's about to unfold. Every side is running at each other right now and I love it.
Cole was great in this issue.
Everything Matt did this issue, especially the standoff was perfect.
That cliffhanger!
Even if he was there for a small bit, Kingpin was great.
Fornes' art as always is superb.
The Bad:
Nothing.
Conclusion: more
For me, the art was a bit shy of greatness -- only a very little bit. And every other part of the comic was resoundingly great.
Daredevil and Det. Cole North take on the Owl's crime syndicate!
Best superhero book on the shelves.
Despite picking up the single issues, I will most certainly be getting Zdarsky's Daredevil omnibus when it inevitably hits the shelves!
Marvel actually had Coke say ACAB. This is really pushing the boundaries of comics. Also there’s a page in this issue that truly demonstrates masterful storytelling. My only ding is that one scene looks too much like a controversial event, and that was probably unintentional
" People are dying. The good cops in this room still think they're good cops because they're not taking bribes... But the order to stay out of the kitchen is coming from bad guys. So the différence between the cops on the take and you ? You're not even making any Money for being dirty. I'm sick of being a bad cop. Our neighborhood is on fire and a little girl is missing and we know who took her. So which of you are going to join me... And be a cop ? "
- DÉTECTIVE COLE NORTH
This artist is great.i really like Cole as a character and I like how well woven the plot points are. Makes for some good reading that keeps you coming back excited.
Great art in the raining parts
Really nice moment in the hostage scene.
