I continue to love that the story is being told from Dinah’s point of view and how it changes the characters, making them more compelling and engaging. I love that there is a shift in the city as well with the people and their perception of Green Arrow. I continue to love that we still do not know who the Green Arrow is and that the story continues to tease at that mystery and make it more intriguing. After Absolute Batman, this is now my favourite Absolute. It's the only other Absolute that touches on darkness to the some degree as Absolute Batman. It is dark, visceral and uncompromising. A horror mystery with a DC backdrop. Absolutely fantastic.

Weakest issue thus far, in my opinion, but still really good. A testament to the greatness of the first two issues that this can be the weakest and also be as good as it is. This was just a tad bit below those, for me. A lot of good stuff here, though. I particularly liked the anti-aging stuff and how Pichetshote made that connection in order to introduce Solomon Grundy into the book. Though, as much as I love Ollie in the mainline, part of me is hoping that he's just...dead, still. I'm not completely opposed to the idea of him coming back, but I also fear that it would feed into the standard comic book trope, a bit, of "the dead never stay dead." I don't know. If Pichetshote can make it work well, I'll be on board with it. For now, I'm a l more

Starting to lose the plot. I think I like where this is going, but it's such a dense mystery that it's a real challenge reading it monthly. At the start of each issue you're lost in terms of what happened, and it doesn't help that we're jumping across different timelines (present, past, extra-past) every other page. Add in the wide gaps in narrative between journal entries / thoughts / dialogue, and you end up with what is turning into a very disjointed tale.
On the plus side, I really like how "now" this book is - a really ballsy take for a corporate-owend superhero book. -
