Full of action, this issue surprises with a few moments that make it look like the Sons might be betrayed by their robot friend Hex and it even looks like they may not make it out alive. That actually makes the story more interesting, which is why the reveal at the end that help has arrived in the form of the grown ups a little disappointing. Read Full Review

I'd lay Protobunker's bright colors and the dynamic movement of Barberi's characters in the hands of any youngster taking their first plunge into comics. I don't think there's anything more fun. Love the idea of them old Damian and Jon telling these stories to their grand kids. Hexbot made an impression in this issue. Did I mention about the art? It's gorgeous.
Well this book certainly is getting more and more plot holes! It’s an ok issue with great artwork and somewhat good dialogue. Something feels off about Jon’s and Damian’s dialogue.
The appearance of Old Man Superboy and Robin made this issue for me.
I will miss the Super Sons when they are gone.

It's okay. I do like the framing device of this being a story told to their grandkids.
This issue was fine. I just wish this series wasn't spent on plotlines that did nothing but bring the comic down. While this main plot isn't the most exciting, either, it feels like it has some sort of weight at least.
Okay so firstly I think it’s pretty clear that Damian and Jon end up married and have some grandkids and tbh that’s very pure and good to me. On the other hand, I cannot get over how shitty these super villain names are. Weather Wizkid, Kidzarro, these are infinitely better than what we got and it took me like ten seconds and I don’t get paid for this. It’s also really messed up that it’s apparently cool to mind control sentient beings, glad that Jonah liked having all his free will stripped away?
