The main story in Justice League #69 was an improvement, but still a bit of a mess, but the art was good. So, I'll give it a 3 out of 5. And the Justice League Dark backup story was a solid 5 out of 5 for both the story and art. I still think that Bendis puts his mind to it, he could get this title back on track. But will he? For anyone who's still picking up the Justice League book, I can at least tell you that you'll get an interesting cliffhanger to the JLD backup...... beyond that you'll probably have a tough time figuring out something to like about this book... I know I’m missing out and I will go back and read JLD when there have been several installments to binge but so far my ‘brain damage’ from the lead story has made me so disappointed I’ve just put it down as quickly as I could. Looking forward to reading all the 10-page JLD backups at once.

Yeah thats a good idea, a lot of these books are much better binge read and I defo think thats one of them. As for Justice League I can't say im disappointed at all as I had zero expectations when I saw Bendis was writing the title Putting the book down was definitely the wise decision

I'll be honest, I only bought and read this issue because of the JLD part, which I give a full 8; and that I firmly believe deserves its own issue and should not be relegated to a mere backstory.
As for the JL part, it's a 4 for me, an uninteresting chapter, confusing at times, and unable to justify the $4.99 spent.
As an average of the ratings from the two sites, I'd give it a 6, but since I am calling the comic "Justice League" and not "Justice League Dark", I'll give it a 5 and hope the JLD series becomes a standalone series again someday.

I don't give 1 star reviews. Or it's exceedingly rare. I can't remember the last time I did it or really if I ever did it at all, though I'm sure I'm just forgetting something. But this comic...

Wow. Just wow. How does this series keep getting worse? DC, whatever you owe him, pay him off to leave. Justice League has had some pretty poor runs but none of them, whether in continuity or not, has been this bad. None. Stop the bleeding DC and give us our Justice League back.

Back to the 1-star review thing, I know I have never done it as a hit-and-run. Those 1-star non-reviews drive me up a wall and I'm not a fan of those that review bomb here.

Conversely, I actually think okay to post a middling-to-high score without explanation. Maybe you loved a comic but didn't have anything to say about why. Maybe you're not articulate or don't enjoy writing in public forums That really doesn't bug me. I get that it's a double standard but it's not without cause. If you're a comic fan and you post a 1 without explanation, like over and over, like often immediately, it makes me wonder if you're a fan at all which makes me wonder WTH you're doing here unless you're just someone that is miserable and expresses It by consistent trolling. I mean, I'm pretty miserable but I don't take it out on my favorite hobby.

I feel bad for those people. This one though, this one was a 1. There should be options for negative number reviews because a 1 is magnistudes higher than I'd give any issue in this cloyingly annoying series that doesn't have the first idea of what to be except for a vehicle for Bendis to show us all how pleased he is with himself. The people that have that quality are pretty much always wrong to feel so. more

I love these comments. I am convinced that some of the people who instantly give their least favorite writer a "1" nearly every issue are just trying to prove a point. If they aren't trying to prove a point, I can't fathom why they keep reading books from authors that they despise. And yes, sometimes a book is a 1.
