As Hal Jordan is swallowed by the nightmare wave, Earth’s Green Lantern shows this new malevolent threat what a man with the willpower to overcome fear can do. Meanwhile, as Sinestro grapples with the terrifying new dreamscape he’s trapped in, we take a psychological roller coaster ride through his darkest fears-and most painful regrets.
Out of all of the Knight Terrors stories, the Green Lantern chapters have easily been my favorites.I know that there is always a bit of hesitation when it comes to diving into event tie-in issues, butKnight Terrors: Green Lantern #1 & #2 have proven to be impactful character-driven stories that are worth your time and money. “Are you smiling…?”, a.k.a the moment of terror on Insomnia's face when he realized that he made a critical mistake with Hal, is a moment that I will not soon forget. Also, the “Aunt Lacey” line was another perfect Hal moment that was executed with flair. The artistic teams for both installments also deserve recognition, as they have designed some iconic visuals throughout these horror-inspired adventures. The covers alone make these issues worth getting, but the color choices expertly compliment the nightmarish panels. Read Full Review
Knight Terrors: Green Lantern #2 is an invigorating tie-in. For so long in this event, we have seen the greatest characters on the DC roster be beaten down and slowly depleted of their energy and sanity. But here, Hal is strong and resilient from the beginning. It makes for an interesting alternative to how comics, and stories in general are told. Read Full Review
It's action, it's horror, it's funny, it's nostalgic. It's a 20 plus page shoutout to a DC legacy character that sometimes doesn't get the props he deserves. Read Full Review
We've only begun seeing Adams' vision for this character, but right now it feels like it has the potential to be the best take on Hal since Johns. Read Full Review
Knight Terrors: Green Lantern #2 does a superb job of folding the “Knight Terrors” event into the overall story of the new Green Lantern series. Both Sinestro and Hal Jordan have emerged from the other end of the gauntlet rejuvenated and ready to face each other since the tragic events on Korugar. We've only begun to see Jeremy Adams's vision for the series, but both he and Alex Segura have done a great job with setting the stage for something very special. Nine out of ten lanterns. Wrapping up the nightmares of Hal Jordan and Sinestro makes for an entertaining look at what makes these two characters tick. Parallax is no longer a fearful issue for Hal, and when Sinestro is unsure of himself, he finds very polarizing sides to himself. Great wrap-ups that are entertaining and could play further in the main Green Lantern series. Read Full Review

Knight Terrors: Green Lantern #2 is jam-packed with ring-slinging action and fun. GL fans who've missed Hal at his peak will love this comic. However, if you're invested in Knight Terrors and only want to know what's happening with Insomnia, there's nothing here for you. Read Full Review
This was a seriously fun story that highlighted Hal as the Green Lantern that I grew up with. Add in some of the best art I’ve seen in many a year and you get a brilliant package.
Adams story can be summed up with the idea "I am not trapped in here with you, you're trapped in here with me!"
This is how you do a tie-in. This issue is not like any of the others and honestly fits into Adams current run with Green Lantern. This is how you take a lame event and turn it into something that benefits the character you are responsible for. Adams does it and does it well.
Hal reaffirms why he is a green lantern, and then proceeds to utterly ruin his nightmare. He saves the day and seems to resolve some of his wavering that he had in Green Lantern 1+2. It is an awesome read with great art. Top Notch stuff. He breaks out of his nightmare with sheer willpower and is in total control.

I love the story Jeremy Adams tells in this. It’s so unique compared to the other tie-ins, and was actually a whole lot of fun. I just wish it hadn’t been drawn by three different people, as I found it distracting, and didn’t care for one of them. Still, this has been my favorite writing in any of these Knight Terror books. At least the Hal Jordan story was, anyways. I didn’t care for the Sinestro story—I would have given this a 9.5 otherwise. It just ended abruptly and felt completely pointless.
Best issue of this whole disjointed Knight Terrors series. Jeremy Adams continues to prove he's on of DC's best writers.
This was hands down my favorite Knight Terrors issue yet. I liked all of the art throughout this. Plus, I thought the story throughout was fun, well-written, and a nice testament to Hal Jordan and the ideals of the Green Lantern Corps. As for the backup, I enjoyed this more than I did in Issue 1 and I'm really interested to see how he fits in to the regular Green Lantern series from Adams.
Jeremy Adams keeping me afloat in this sea of trash.
