Overall this is a fun book and I highly recommend it and the series. It's a nice change from the other x-books and has something for everyone. Read Full Review
Another outstanding job by Thompson in this issue. She has a firm grasp on this relationship and seems to really understand them as individuals, too. She also elected to not have Deadpool talk to the audience at all. I like that call. This isn't about him. Deadpool is there to add to the story, not take over (though I guess he did kind of take over this whole review). Read Full Review
Readers that are already invested in this series won't be let down by its second offering. Fans of Deadpool, whom in my opinion, may have been given a tad too much panel time, will get a kick out of it as well. Wade is illustrated and written to the same high standards as the rest of the book. Anyone afraid of the Mr. & Mrs. X series being nothing but a 20+ page love-fest each month will be disappointed if this issue is any indication of what to expect. It's funny, action-packed, and a pleasure just to look at. It's a solid read and a high recommendation. If you picked up a floppy from your local comic shop, I suggest downloading the free digital version after the first read. You're probably going to go back a few more times. Read Full Review
Mr. And Mrs. X #2 is an enjoyable issue. The characters are well-written and the art continues to shine. Despite a few gripes here and there, Mr. and Mrs. X continues to be one of the best X-Men titles out right now. Read Full Review
MR. AND MRS. X #2 is insane from start to finish, but in a good way. From its non-stop humor to its light-hearted tone, the work is a breath of fresh air that ensures readers will have a great time reading. Read Full Review
In Mr. and Mrs. X #2, Kelly Thompson and Oscar Bazaldua continue to infuse Rogue and Gambit's cosmic honeymoon with the energy and amusement of a wildy caper. Read Full Review
Competent workmanlike art can't slow down Kelly Thompson's boundless enthusiasm for the characters and the genre. Read Full Review
A perfect marriage of humor and drama with just the right touch of ridicule to keep Remy in check, with the right ensemble characters. After all, the bride had to shine and she clearly took center stage here. Go get 'em Rogue. Read Full Review
A completely unnecessary Deadpool cameo takes center stage, forcing our far more interesting main characters to the sidelines in only their second issue. Still pretty fun, at least. Read Full Review
A good second issue due to its fun adventure vibe. Read Full Review
Great art, solid characterization and a fun story. Thompson has been nailing it since Rogue and Gambit mini series.
Another good surprise even if Thompson make disappear Cerise too soon. I like she use the Tekneck. If she isn't make a sign at Marvel for leading a new Excalibur Title with that, I don't know what this was ^^
A real funny story, all the suggesting part was so funny. Thanks for this smiling reading time.
But I was very reaming silent with the cliffhanger. ^^
Cover - I find it in link & nice 2/2
Writing - I loved this ! 3/3
Arts - Not perfect, with many background only made with coloring technic. 2/3
Feeling - Great ! 2/2
The Imperial Guard, Deadpool, and then the Technet crash the honeymoon, all focused on swiping the egg-MacGuffin that's landed in Rogue's hands. This was a fun, fast adventure, but the sheer amount of antagonism slung at the heroes makes me think the core plot might be too simplistic. Gambit fades into the background a little too far, the art fumbles a few (a very few) of its storytelling tasks, and Deadpool, while portrayed well, is a bit superfluous. Like he's here to reassure comic bro-hams that this title isn't gonna be lovey-dovey all the time. But all the problems are very minor, and on the other side of the scale, we get to enjoy another heaping helping of superb characterization.
PROS
• Deadpool was a fun addition
• Egg mystery
CONS
• Unnecessary fight with D-List Villains

This had some good moments, but I'm not too invested in it.
THE GOOD:
-The writing for both Rogue and Gambit was the best part of the issue. They are both great characters, well-portrayed and with great personality. One of, of not the best X-Men character portrayals in a while.
-The Technet was an interesting villain league. They would be pretty typical if not for their unique powers and abilities and looks, which provide their characters some fun and unique looking action scenes.
-It's very satisfying to see just a fun adventure for a comic book story. No end-of-the-world situations, just an almost rom-com-ish ruined honeymoon that is well-centered around its two main characters and held up by the humor.
THE BAD:
-I don't like Kelly Thompson's more
