I have never been a huge fan of this character, but MAN, this book is fun! We get just enough of the mystery to keep it alive and just enough to make us wonder why Natasha has gone all Somerset Holmes (smile if you remember that book, please). If you haven’t read this series yet, pick up the previous two issues...it’s worth it.

This is probably my favorite issue of the run. And it's such an incredible shame that this is the end. If DC had any sense, they'd bring it back, even if the sales aren't what they'd like. Sometimes a story is worth publishing even if it's not a major seller. It'd look good to have one of the most critically acclaimed and universally praised series on shelves.

I love Delano's and Ennis's Hellblazer runs. This one was better. It's possible the comics market isn't big enough to support this sort of book anymore, which is a shame, because I wrapped up this story looking at the final black page and cursing that this was it. The story ends at a point that someone else can pick up from in the future, but it will be a real shame if Spurrier/Campbell aren't inv more

It'll probably be changed back, but man, the Franklin retcon might have killed this series for me. I was ok with him being depowered because Franklin is too OP and especially with his age growth, he should have the awareness of how to use his powers. This was fine. I would prefer a Batman that doesn't have the answer for everything and a limitless amount of tech for every situation. I like that concept. It's far more interesting than the alternative. So the promise of that is intriguing. But this issue is all just set up/fallout, and that's not very exciting.
