If there were ever a true test of a characters mettle when faced with a impossible moral choice and their back's up against a wall this issue shows off Shang-Chi's in SPADES.
SHANG-CHI VS THOR! For several months, Shang-Chi has reintegrated himself into the Marvel Universe by bumping heads with the likes of Spider-Man, Captain America, Wolverine, the Fantastic Four, and Iron Man. And each time, he has proven to be the unstoppable force his father trained him to be. But his dad never taught him how to defeat a god... D...
This is the best issue yet, simply because it dives into the pathos of Moon Knight. It's really cool. Genuinely, Jed MacKay gets Moon Knight. I'm really happy with this one.
Moon Knight’s hidden enemy is revealed — but revealed is not the same as caught, and he soon finds masks beneath masks as he hunts his way after his new nemesis. At the same time, Dr. Andrea Sterman pierces Moon Knight’s own mask and, for the first time, gets some honest answers.
This is a bit of a slower issue. I gotta say, I'm not a huge fan of Sara Pichelli. Her art is serviceable, in my opinion. Kelly Thompson does a pretty nice job on the writers' side of things but there's a little too much going on in some of the dialogue, especially with Maxine Danger. She doesn't really work for me. I hope we trend away from the obvious business villain trope. Maybe it's a red hermore
• Kelly Thompson and Sara Pichelli pick up the baton to define this new era for Spider-Man.
• The Beyond Corporation has retuned and this is your chance to meet the people who've brought you the new (and improved) Spider-Man.
• There's a target on Spider-Man's back and one of his classic villains is out for blood.

This is great so far. There's not much to say aside from everything is working here. If you have any sense, you'll be reading this. There is a tiny bit of concern in me that is worried how this event will wrap up. I know this isn't the end of the Krakoan era, but I hope this event has a finality to it.
FEEL THE FIRE!
Secrets. Lies. They have a way of coming out and biting you when you least expect them. The secrets and lies of Krakoa will shake it to it foundation. Head of X Jonathan Hickman, continues a tale of consequences with one of his first Marvel collaborators, artist Stefano Caselli!

Confusing fight scenes. Hard to follow. And bullseye used to use Everything as a weapon, not just a pistol. The way the clones are disposed of is ridiculous. And all the heroes showing up after the action is over is silly and since when do they interfere with beat cops who just have their orders? Really a come-down.
"LOCKDOWN" CONTINUES AS BULLSEYE REIGNS OVER NYC!
From the series that's taken the comics world by storm for over two years, it's the grudge match of the century: BULLSEYE VS. ELEKTRA!

I was disappointed this story was over but turns out it's still ongoing?!
Kelly Thompson has been a dark house. Her Black Widow and Captain Marvel have been great.
THE END IS ALSO THE BEGINNING...
As Natasha finally begins to escape her paradise and takes aim on her enemies, she can't ignore that her freedom comes at a devastating cost. Is this what finally breaks The BLACK WIDOW? Winning the day will change Natasha forever and set her on a bold new path.
Losing... is no longer an option.

I have never been a huge fan of this character, but MAN, this book is fun! We get just enough of the mystery to keep it alive and just enough to make us wonder why Natasha has gone all Somerset Holmes (smile if you remember that book, please). If you haven’t read this series yet, pick up the previous two issues...it’s worth it.
WHITE... WIDOW?! Nobody who knows Natasha Romanoff would have imagined THIS when hearing the words "White Widow," but nothing about this new Nat is what anyone could have imagined. It's no surprise that she's looking sublime in white, but who's the lucky groom? And is this a match for love... or death?

Spurrier expertly weaves a tale that shows us the depths of Dane Whitman's character and paves the way for a future filled with excellent stories. His history with writing about mental illness provides a careful and mindful hand where lesser writers would be blunt in their depiction, and it is genuinely refreshing to see considering Marvel's history with how it treats its manic-depressive charactmore
THE EBONY CROWN!
• The BLACK KNIGHT's ancient enemy has forged the EBONY CROWN - a weapon with the magical might to dwarf even the EBONY BLADE.
• The end is within reach. No more suffering. No more pain. All Dane has to do...is let go.
• But he can't give in to the darkness. Not if there...
This issue was kind of messy, but overall still worked for me. One of the users in these reviews, Merlyn, was made super offended by this issue. He gestured at a quote from the comic "Oh so very male." This was Dane describing how Merlyn (the character and not the user) whitewashed the history of Camelot to fit the myth and the idea of Camelot that we know today, making it puritanical, chaste, resmore
BATTLE WHERE THE BLACK KNIGHT WAS BORN!
• Dane Whitman wields the magical Ebony Blade as the BLACK KNIGHT!
• Dane will need to master the EBONY CHALICE as well to stop the murderous new foe. But like the blade, the powers of the chalice come with a terrible cost.
• Dane, monster hunter E...
Picking up right where the last issue left off and never letting up, The Death of Strange #2 continues with great storytelling, superb pacing, and amazing artwork (I will never run out of praise for Lee Garbett). Whenever I’m thoroughly enjoying a comic, I feel like I reach the end and don’t even realize it - while also feeling like I didn’t get enough because of how much I’m loving the stmore
