The hype is real. This is one of the most interesting comic books I have read this year. The art is fantastic and the opening issue is so "something" when it comes to storytelling that you have to find a copy or two. This is a series that will probably be one of the best comics this year.

I picked this one up yesterday at my lcs and it blew me away. The artwork is aesthetically pleasing jd and the story is really really good. I can't wait to get the next issue.

The artwork is so good I had to change my underwear twice.

It felt good....

It was so good I came back to the comic store to buy all the variants.

I WANT MORE!!!

The art is fantastic, the pacing as great and the ending made me excited for future story arches.

Now this is an X-Men team!! If Blue and Gold wasn't able to excite you then you should consider picking this one up. The art is great, the pacing is good and the ending got me hooked.

I mostly buy this comic for the artwork but I feel as though the story is not as good as the first series so far. Who knows maybe the last two issues will so amazing that it will just blow away the first series but right now i feel as though it is not as well written.

Better than the last issue which i thought was average.

The artwork is not as good as the current X-O Manowar series but still pretty good. The first issue also felt it dragged on a bit especially in the beginning but overall it was an interesting read.

It felt like filler but it was pretty good overall. Alec Morgan in my opinion is an upgrade from Garney though.

Riri WIlliams in this issue is further proof that she is a joke and further solidifies my stance that I will never buy a Riri WIlliams comic and will only stick to DOctor Doom. I'm really looking forward on the next issue because of the cliffhanger at the end. Also much of the issue was mostly just talking and I was kind of hoping for some action but in the end I guess all the talking was necesary to move the plot.

Honestly I wanted to hate it but I picked it up and it was alright. The artwork is okay but oh my goodness fuck me sideways on a burning asteroid in space Jean's hair looks so bad that I almost did not pick it up. It doesn't look bad in every panel but damn there are some panels were I wished I had the mutant power to warp reality to make Jean's hair look aesthetically pleasing. Other than that the story was alright I guess and the dialogue was not as bad as I thought it would be. So anyways I will pick up the next issue to determine if I want to invest in this long term.

It had such a great first issue but this one just felt boring half the time even with Deodato doing the art.

It started off well but ended up being very average. The last words I said to myself after reading the comic was "what the fuck was that?" Also worth mentioning is the penciling is well done but the color palette was awful at times. Maybe I expected too much but hopefully the next issue is good or I might drop this.

I found a typo in it which broke immersion.

I get that if he talks all hell breaks loose but the author treats his reader like an idiot. I do not need dialogue boxes on almost every panel telling me what Black Bolt is thinking or what he is doing. He should just let the artist tell the story when dialogue boxes are not needed even though the art s bad.

(sigh)........

I read the comic 2 more times and I just realized that it was actually worst than my previous score that I put so yeah it's bad in fact I don't know why Iceman even has his own series. The dialogue and the art was horrible. Not only that if Bobby really is Omega level why was he struggling with a guy with a hockey mask? Also Iceman's only trait is that he's gay. That's it! Which is boring and one dimensional. Thank God I read this comic online instead of buying it.
