Batman Superman #11shows that Pak can still wright a cool Superman story, even though Superman isn't in this issue. It's was actually a lot better then what I was expecting in this comic. Less delays would be appreciated, but it's probably not going to happen anytime soon when Jae Lee is involved. I remain hopeful that we get that Earth 2 story in the next issue in June. Batman/Superman #11 is a good Doomed story that really pushes the event forward more than I expected. Regular fans of the book may be upset, but it got me more excited for Doomed. Maybe I'm just a selfish bastard, but that's enough for me. Batman/Superman fans not reading Doomed can skip this month, but It's essential to those following the event. Read Full Review

The issue was underwhelming. I don't know if it's because I don't like Batman's voice or if the creators were less motivated than usual. Something just didn't click in this issue, and everything that happened in it could have easily been told in 10 pages. I still believe the Doomed event will be a good one overall. Read Full Review
This issue is an essential part of the story if you are reading Superman: Doomed – Infected and it cannot be missed, in what has been a pretty good storyline so far this has perhaps been my least favourite issue but Im sure this will only be the weakest issue for a week, when we have Superman #31 by Lobdell to look forward to next week!! It is another good chapter in theSuperman Doomedcrossover. It pushes the story along, threading important themes in Bruce's inner monologue. This issue does a great job of making us feel like the Doomsday virus is a threat as well as tugging on our emotional ties to Superman via our love for Bruce. BATMAN/SUPERMAN #11 is like watching people who only read comics in the 90′s pitch a TV show featuring their favorite characters. This is a crossover book and almost nothing else – entirely meant to ferry along plot points introduced in the rest of the books it ties too. What I hate most of all about this book is that someone is going to actually have to read it if they want to know how Xa-Du is going to be important to this crossover, tying it into the ongoing narrative a lot closer than a book of this quality should have been. My recommendation to anyone that picks this issue up is to flip to the end of it where Xa-Du gloats about Doomsday and be done with it. Read Full Review
