So this was pretty fun. A bizarre, wild ride. But I get the sense this issue and this event will be like cotton candy, a fleeting thrill but not lasting or filling. Seriously though, at least Sean Izaaske made a meal of this. Read Full Review
DC K.O. is full of powerful beings, so starting out with a fight between Superman and Captain Atom shows just how wild things can be. The book is written by Superman writer Josh Williamson, so you would expect the Man of Steel to be the focus, but instead, we get Nathanial Adam giving us the narration at first. It's an interesting look into a character that we don't get to spend too much time with; when was the last time anyone actually cared about Captain Atom? Read Full Review

This book has great art. I was really excited for this match up. I liked the idea of Superman always wanting to be the good guy.round 1 pretty cool. Round 2 begins the downfall as the issue becomes an absolutely jumbled mess. Superman himself can’t explain it nor can the writer. It just happens and we move on. Awful ending And ruined the story for me. Huge let down.
Whoever this guy is, he's not Captain Atom. Or at least the one I liked in the 80s.
