Batman gets the upper hand on the vampires who have infiltrated the Justice League...but the Vampire King finally reveals himself, and it will be the most jaw-dropping moment of 2022! The shocking, bestselling series reaches its blood-drenched halfway point!
This issue doesnt let up on the surprising deaths and twists, but this chapter definitely advances the story in a major way setting the stage for an equally unpredictable second half. Read Full Review
DC Vs Vampires #6 brings the series to its darkest point yet, as the Vampire King stands revealed and the heroes' forces start to dwindle. If the next six issues continue this momentum, this could go down as one of the more well-constructed Elseworlds stories that DC's put out in a long time. Read Full Review
DC vs. Vampires #6 is a masterclass in subverting the tropes of extended superhero families. Certain expectations are ascribed to specific heroes, which can sometimes cause rote stories, and it takes a deft hand to invigorate those characters. Tynion and Rosenberg channel their experience as Batfamily writers to put a fresh spin on the roles each one exhibits and sets a striking reveal in the family. Joined by the separately impeccable art and colors from Schmidt and Di Meo that doesnt meld well, the book keeps the seemingly simple premise of the DC Universe battling vampires in a Secret Invasion-esque storyline fresh and unexpected. DC vs. Vampires #6 is another fantastic issue for the series. It keeps you guessing and when events play out or things are revealed, it'll leave your jaw hanging open. It has me excited to see where the latter half of the series goes as the issue is clearly the low point that our heroes will need to climb out of to save the day… if they can. Read Full Review

It's pretty clear that this series is hitting some production difficulties, with three artists and some pretty significant delays between issues. But at the same time, it's still maintaining a tense and bloody tone that makes the wait more than worth it. Read Full Review
With the early issues setting up the pieces, it seems that the maxi-series is set to put into action its apocalyptic series of events that will surely see more heroes either transformed into creatures of the night, or dying in the heat of battle. Read Full Review
As good as things are going in Nightwing, Superman, or even Suicide Squad… things are pretty dire here, in DC Vs Vampires #6. Now… where's issue #7? Read Full Review

This series has turned out to be a pretty well-crafted surprise full of humour, action, good twists and even pretty emotional moments.
Still so so so entertaining.
James Tynion IV really knows how to end the world.
Holy s?)t this is good ! Read it now !!
Não é lá grande coisa, mas se isso significa que não será centrada no Batman nas próximas 6 edições, estou dentro.
Hell yeah.
I still think Simone Di Meo's art is not a good fit for this series, but luckily it's only relegated to the Suicide Squad scenes for some reason. The rest of the art looks good. I think the shocking reveal was legitimately shocking. I actually felt something about it, and I didn't like it, but I find that that's a sign of the story and the writing working, rather than it being bad writing or a bad story. It's good.
Really enjoyed this issue. Might be just as good as dceased
Holly sh!t. wasn't expecting that reveal. i already know people gonna cry about it here. this is a elseworld accept it. it was good to see some characters with plot armour gone for good. but now i have a question about a one shot that they're going to release about a certain character in the Gap between the issues considerin that character is kind of dead.
As soon as it was said that the enemy was one of them, I immediately guessed who it would be, what I liked here was the sacrifice, although this has not felt anything new if not in constant winks with Dceased, the sacrifice that Jason made to saving Damian by offering his life and preferring death before his conversion as a true hero would make this number worth it.
In a creative story, a talented writer does not have to "cheat" to create effective mystery/suspense/thriller. If you want to write a story about such fictional characters, like vampires of Earth, changing centuries of mythology to allow a story to "make sense" is simply weak plot development. The cross is a series of supernatural apotropaics (holy items that serve as protective magic) against vampires and evil, including the holy water, etc. Suddenly inventing that vampires could be protected from this due to alien chemicals is absurd and cheating. It doesn't use magic and doesn't use thinking; it just creates lazy fantasy because "I say so."" This is what happens when you are a lazy thinker as a writer and don't think your story out all tmore
This number did not surprise me at all. It wasn't an aberration either, it just felt like another copy of other comics.
