Despite being better than the previous issue, this book continues to move forward in the most confusing and frustrating way possible. At least some things happen in this book and we get more information that we've been craving for about the new forces. Hopefully it gets better in the next issue. Read Full Review

" Me llamo Fuerza!"

The Force Quest is getting really interesting. Barry is thrown from place to place in his search for answers and his awesome girlfriend is accompanying him every step of the way.

But the search isn't easy and instead of answers, there is only more questions and mysteries. Who attacked Gorilla City? What King Solovar knew about the forces? Who exactly are Gemini? Will Commander Cold remember to water Iris' plants? These are only some of the question that I hope will be answered down the line.

I also have to mention something that looks like a bit of a tonal shift in this book. The last couple of issues were a bit dark and gloomy with Flash constantly doubting himself. But this issue and the previous one just radiants with positivity. I think the credit for this goes to Iris. Every time Barry gets stuck in his head and starts blaming himself for everything that is wrong with the world, she just pulls him back up and sets him straight. It was a great idea on Williamson's part to put her alongside Barry on this quest. more

Hey, an issue of Flash that isn't atrocious! It's by no means great, but at least it's pretty okay. I'm not getting my hopes up for the future but I needed this.

This is still not interesting to me.

Guess we are just going city to city in this story arc, without learning anything new. On top of that we have another issue of The Flash where Barry reflects on himself and gives himself more self-pity. Can’t we get just one istory arc where no issue deals with self pity Barry?! So much force in this issue and I don’t mean force energy, mean what Iris knows and those villains from last issue who are quite annoying. Only thing that spark my interest was the villain at the end of the issue.
