Vision is the only Marvel book next to Weirdworld that can bring a tear to my eye. Vision #9 hit right where it hurt the most because the answer to what causes the Vision to lose it was not the answer you were prepared for. Again a masterpiece in the making because this is a family who has tried so hard to be normal and just when they were hanging by a thread it took a monumental loss to shatter that American dream. The Vision has become the family horror movie I need Marvel to make.  It's rare to find a book you're able to enjoy month in and month out regardless of what the overall story in the issue tends to be.  I love how King keeps us in a constant state of alert and I just have no idea what to expect next. Kudos goes to the entire creative team for staying sharp issue after issue and never wasting a page, a moment, or a panel in this series so far.  My only complaint is I see issue 12 and the series ending way too soon.  Read Full Review

This issue might just offer the biggest emotional gut-punch of the entire series to date. It's very clear by the end of issue #9 that Tom King and Gabriel Hernandez Walta are approaching their endgame. The Vision #9 is a great, standout issue from this great, standout series from Walta, Bellaire, and King, that deserves a read from all comic fans. Yes, we know there is a Rebirth and a Civil War happening right now, but this is a fresh, fun, and new concept that deserves your attention.
