I liked that Red Hood had his guns (even though the cover originally showed him with his guns too and then DC chickened out and replaced them with swords just as they did on the RHATO #50 cover) but apart from that the way he was written reverted him back to a place he hasn't been in some time. Frankly I think a 1 is better than it deserves but they don't give 0 as an option. I wouldn't really take what those critic reviews say too seriously anyway. They usually like anything no matter how crappy. But this book has gotten more 1.0s than anything I've seen in a very long time. Not good for DC.
