If you ever had any interest in reading these characters and seeing what made them so special back in the 70s or you are a new reader that has a new found reverence toward Kirbys work, pick this book up and you wont be disappointed.

Mister Miracle is the book that truly encompasses the celebration of Jack Kirby's birthday, more than any other special or reprints or covers ever could. Tom King and Mitch Gerards have written and drawn the best Fourth World story since Kirby himself, and that is saying a lot. DC for a long time did not know what to do with these characters, but it is evident that the characters were just not in the right hands.

Overall, this chapter brings us one step closer to the final chapter of the Act I of the story. As of this writing there is not a plan for Act II, but one can hope it will arrive as everyone would enjoy revisiting the world of Joyride and the continuing adventures of Dewydd, Uma and Catrin! If you haven't picked it up yet, if you haven't read the other issues, run don't walk, to the store and pick this up!

As a series, it ended perfectly, and the characters will be missed.

The list of artist caliber on this book is staggering as well, we have Jim Lee, Andy Kubert and Romita Jr on this book and each one of them do bring something to the scale of the book which is very important. The artists are not trying to out do each other and even me not being a huge fan of Romita Jr's art can honestly say that he stepped up his game here and it does not feel detracting from the other two styles, which is a great sign. There is a ton of different locations in this book in here as well and each artist is picked specifically fits their style and that is very evident here. The book does not suffer because of it, like many before it that try to alternate artists within the same book.

Speaking of the art, it is done by Tess Fowler whos deceptively simplistic yet wonderfully skilled interpretations of the furthest reaches of the human mind give us a glimpse into this insane world.

Overall Batman Rebirth continues to be one of if not the best Rebirth title, they are pretty much in a dead heat tie with the entire Trinity, but this is one of those books, that should be in your pull, at least this particular arc. That is one of the best things about the way all three books are written so far, each arc is truly for itself, and is not dependent on the knowledge of the character before hand, so if you just want read just particular story of these characters, you can do that!

Get this book and you won't be disappointed!

There's not much else to say about how good this book – and this arc – was. It was talky at points, butvillains always talk too much before the confrontation. What worked here is that Batman was playing off it perfectly and there was no wasted momentum. Bane did not stop to give a grandiose speech – he told the story as he was causing chaos. So if you are a fan of Batman, do yourself a favor and pick this series up.

Overall, Tom King is continuing to master this character, and at this point, has shown to be the writer that Batman deserves to continue the great storytelling of Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo. Don't miss this issue if you are a Batman fan! Tom King has also managed to make this a good jumping-on point for new readers that have not read the Rebirth Batman before, and that is never a small feat!

Overall this was a very important chapter in Batman saga as it finally answers some key questions about his character and has a meeting that could very well change his life forever. For that sake who ever enjoys Batman stories should read this chapter, and they will get some more subtle hints for the Button storyline.

Batman continues to be a book to pick up in this Rebirth era, it is full of twists and turns, and as evident even when not a huge arc is going on its still very interesting if not even better as it is not constrained by having to tie a ton of loose ends and is a fitting tribute to late Bernie Wrightson.

People were wondering how Tom King would come in and take over on Batman after Snyder and Capullo run of theNew 52, which was one of the bright spots of that era ofDC Comics history, and the answer is with extreme ease. It is now clearly evident that King understands the character, is a fan of the character, and ultimately is given enough clout and control to tell the stories that he wants to tell, not being pressured by the executives. That being ultimately why these books work on a level they do, and if you are a fan of a character, get this run.

King manages to bring one of the most iconic villains of Batman lore to life, without carbon copying what was seen before, but not going too far on the left field so the character is not recognizable and that is where this issue truly succeeds and is a must read for anyone.

Tom King manages to bring us a new perception on some of the most iconic Batman villains and the fear anyone had what exactly he could have done with them, especially Joker should be put aside as King has given us a most human, but also most terrifying Joker of all. Rest easy and pick up this series, it is clearly in a pantheon of must read arcs for Batman fans!

Trinity of the books; Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman continue to be some of the strongest books of the Rebirth line as it should be, and as always this new chapter of the Batman comes highly recommended.

Batman continues to be one of the best titles in the Rebirth line up and especially this story, if you are a fan of either Riddler or Joker you should absolutely check it out. It comes highly recommended.

Overall War of Jokes and Riddles part V is a good addition to the story and even characters like Kite-man are not relegated to just background characters. That is one particular thing King has been really good at in this run, everything that happened served a purpose. With one more chapter to go, it is going to be interesting to see how this story ends. This might not have been the best chapter of this particular arc but it is still a damn good Batman story. Recommended.

There are certainly moments of Batman brooding in this issue. He is Batman. He broods. But it is the context of all of this that put this current Batman run above many others before it. Subtleties in this run are numerous and they are handled well. It is always refreshing to read a book in Superhero lore, whichever it is; when you can see a real situation pertaining to those heroes. It brings them down to Earth a bit which certainly makes them more relatable. That is exactly what Tom King has managed to do with Batman villains during the war of Jokes and Riddles showing there is a little insanity in all of us.

This issue is a very fun read and a diversion of sorts from the epic storylines King has written in the past. In that sense this book comes highly recommended and a must-read for Batman fans and also for those that wanted to get something a little different. It is not a most action packed chapter, but it is highly enjoyable.

Batman #34 continues to show why King is the right person for Batman, and even though some arcs prior could have been heavy handed, it is nice to see that he is able to have fun with the Dark Knight from time to time. There really isnt much wrong with this book other than slight pacing in the middle.

Overall this Batman arc has been a breath of the fresh air after the epic events of all the other chapters, and it is a must read for fans and non-fans alike.

Batman #38 is a standalone story, it is one and done and kind of a filler book issue it is interesting in its own light but it also does not move the story forward, other than the fact we do know it takes place after issue 33. So in that sense at least the time tframe is clear, but other than that it does not do anything to expand on Batmans lore.

Batman: The Drowned #1 is certainly the darkest tie-in yet, and that is saying a lot. Weve seen Batman lose so many family members and friends through these chapters that anything more gruesome is bound to be something special.

Batman: Red Death starts off the string of one-shots strong and sets a high bar for the rest of the artists and writers to follow, which is the best thing a reader can hope for. This book comes highly recommended.

Batman the Merciless continues the tradition of really good tie-ins that really give us a perspective in the minds of these nightmare versions of Batman. They are slowly getting darker and darker until we finally get to the Batman who Laughs, who if all hints are pointing at, is going to be a wicked fun ride.

If you are a fan of Batman stories, you will enjoy this unique take on the character and world. But even if you dont like Batman, there are enough differences that you might find something you will like, even if it is only a twisted desire to see the Dark Knight in an insane situation. This book comes recommended.

Overall Super Sons is turning into one of the most fun books in a long time, and everyone that wants humor, well written characters and action, should check this book out!

Overall Super Sons continues to be one of the gems and one of the many bright spots of DC Rebirth line. It is exactly what a comic book should be; it is action packed, has humor, great characters, and sometimes enough of an emotional punch without being too sentimental.

Super Sons continues to be one of the premier books of Rebirth era with no signs of slowing down. It really needs to be an animated series! What is WB waiting for? They have a premier content here for all and it could be new Young Justice.

Even as an epilogue to this crossover, Super Sons 12 is lot more than that. It is the end of Jon and Damian arc of becoming reluctant team mates and partners to finally becoming gasps friends. It is that turn that made this issue special and maybe the best issue of Super Sons yet. DCAnimated Super Sons NOW!

Super Sons #13 is a good beginning of the, showing that a book can be darker without losing its sense of humor. This book needs to come back as it was the breath of fresh air in the comic book industry and as in every review for this series (DC: This is supposed to be a cartoon, you are aware of this right? Thank you!). Pick this series up, you will not regret it!

Super Sons has been one of the many bright spots of the Rebirth line and the fact that is ending is unfortunate. This issue is packed with just as much emotion, humor and action as the rest of the series. If DC were smart, they use Super Sons as the basis for a new cartoon.If you havent given this series a read, now its a good time knowing it is a finite number to it and if it ever comes back, you will know what to expect!

Super Sons is a series that is going to be sorely missed. It's a book about friendship, about coming of age and about overcoming adversity. It was one of the staples of the Rebirth line and a great read for kids of all ages. It's a comic that should be made into an animated show.

This book continues to impress in both writing and art departments, even though sometimes it can go into a little bit of a jumping the shark territory. But if you like Batman books, you will enjoy this story, but if you cannot get past the point of some villains from Batman mythos being heroes, now then it might not be for you.

Overall, Detective Comics continues to be a really fun book for fans of the extended Bat Family. It is a book for the fans of the characters. Cassandra Cain is slowly becoming one of my favorite characters again because of this book, and considering I did not particularly care for her previous run, that is quite a feat.

Detective Comics Lonely Place of Living story-line looks like it could be a great turning point for the Rebirth line same as Action Comics was. Everything is looking intertwined but what is being avoided is a feel that every single book of Rebirth has to be read to get a full story. It is a crossover without being a crossover and that is what DC has done so well with Rebirth. Lonely Place of Living story and Detective Comics in general come highly recommended.

Lonely Place of Living is living up to the moniker, and it does seem like it is going to be one of the most important stories of Rebirth line, next to Oz Effect and the upcoming Doomsday Clock. So far, the book has been very entertaining with just enough enough action, but it is the character work Tynion and Barrows work that makes Detective Comics stand out from the rest of the field. It is a quintessential return of Tim Drake. Pick this up as it comes highly recommended.

Detective Comics has been a smashing success since the beginning of Rebirth, and this arc adds to the Rebirth lore quite a bit; especially since the reveal of Conner last issue which could mean a return of the fan favorite character. Anybody that is a fan of all of the cast should keep an eye on these pages for further developments!

If you are a fan of Nightwing or Jason Todd, this is really a great book to pick up, as it is not a part of any other story-line, its not a tie in to some greater story, it is a story about brothers coming together to face a threat and thats always nice to see. Recommended.

Overall Action Comics has entered their best arc yet, and it's worth reading this, if for nothing, at least to find out where some of the threads of Rebirth are going!

Overall Superman Reborn was a fun story as a whole, and even though it ended up not being as essential as some other Superman stories, it did have some interesting moments especially with the Rebirth mystery. It did taper off at the end though, and instead of having a memorable ending, it did seem a bit clich. But no one will be really disappointed with this story if you are a fan of Big Blue.

Overall this issue can be slow at parts, but reintroduction of some of the famous villains really does up the ante for the things that are going to come, and who has been reading this book will not be disappointed!

Jurgens does succeed to make this into essential reading for Rebirth, as it does answer some very crucial questions and both in that sense and in the sense that is a very interesting story that could shape the life of the Man of Steel it comes recommended!

Overall this is still a very engaging story that does answer quite a few questions that people had since the beginning of Rebirth, and even if it does not seem as essential as some of other stories involving Oz, it is still very intriguing.

"Oz Effect" is truly shaping up to be one of quintessential Superman stories, something that could truly affect not just his family but the balance of the entire DC Universe.

Coyotes is set up to be an interesting ongoing from Image; even though it is going to be interesting to see what kind of sustainability and what kind of legs it has after first several arcs. As of right now, the book comes highly recommended.

Doomsday Clock is an event book we rarely get anymore. There are no 50 million tie-ins across all of the books as past DC and all of Marvel books now tend to have. It is a standalone book that might not be as essential as the original Watchmen, at least not now but then the future is certainly bright for the future of DC Comics.

If you like Superman books, if you just like Tomasi/Gleason dynamic you will not be disappointed, as we have both here, and the future is bright for the Boy in Blue. As I keep saying about the Batman and Wonder Woman books, DC has really pulled the big guns here, making sure that their Trinity is done correctly, and so far all three of those books were stellar. This is something that should be on your pull list!

For anyone that was disappointed by Superman runs of years past, be at ease. This book brings everything that made the Man of Steel the beloved character he has beenthrough all of these decades: it's hopeful, action packed and tender all at the same time. Everyone is able to find something to like in this book. And that is probably one of the biggest reasons this particular run has been so successful –at the end of the day it's a genuine family story.

Overall Superman continues to be the best book next to Wonder Woman and Batman. It has been a good while since we had a good books in all of the Trinity, but we as fans have deserved it!

Overall Superman continues it's stellar run in the Rebirth line up as the book to get. As a person that has truly never collected Superman before this run, and have read only some of the bigger Superman stories that came out, I can easily say this remains to be a most consistently great book probably out on the market right now. DC Trinity is certainly in full swing and it looks like there is no slowing down anytime soon!

Superman 22 continues that tradition with yet another knot in a web of what actually interconnects the Rebirth Superman from the New 52 one and before and it looks like no stone will be unturned. If you haven't yet, this is the book to have in your pull for sure!

Overall Superman is the book to pick up and again proving to the world why he was the superhero that started it all.

This is why Superman continues to be best book in the Rebirth line up. Family drama, fantastic action, characters you care for, engaging villains, you name it! If this book is not on your pull, do yourself a favor and put it there!

So if Superman is not on your pull, it should be as the creative team really understands these characters and brings their best qualities to light!

If you do not have Superman on your pull, put it on there and pick up these last few chapters, because it captures the spirit of the character perfectly.

Superman continues to be a very strong book in the Rebirth line, together with Batman, and shout out to Metal, Snyder and Capullo are back, so for a trinity of books to purchase this week from DC, I would go with those three!

If you like Superman and Green lantern you are up for a treat for sure, if you wanted the Superman books to be more action packed, you will get that, but for those that want to see more a dynamic build between the family members, you will get that partially in this book, just not as much as one could hope. Book still comes recommended however.

This is not a must own issue by any stretch of imagination, but still very enjoyable book.

This book certainly lacks the gravitas that Gleason and Tomasi brought to Superman during the early stages of their run. In contrast, this feels more like New 52 Superman,and that is not a good thing. However, with this issue finally being over it does look like Gleason might be coming back to the book soon and then we can bring it back to form. These two issues are skippable.

Overall, Superman 33 is a return to form and even though there is quite a bit of exposition at the beginning of the chapter, it certainly evens out toward the middle and especially toward the end. This is truly a book I can recommend, and it is nice to see Superman in good hands again!

Superman #34 is a good return to form, and it is going to be interesting to see how this story ends. It could bring upon a return of one of DC's favorite villains. The family dynamic that Tomasi and Gleason bring is as strong as ever, filling that requirement for a good Superman story as well!

Superman continues to be one of the premier titles of the Rebirth line. This particular arc is both entertaining and filled with weight, despite some filler problems. That being said it is relatively fun and certainly better than some books recently in Superman line.

Superman under the guidance of Tomasi and Gleason continues to be the shining beacon of Rebirth line up, which is now being rebranded to DC Universe! It is nice to see that Superman and Batman continue to have strong books as they were always a linchpin and a backbone of DC Comics together with Wonder Woman.

Tomasi and Gleason take a page out of Tynion's book while continuing to show us they are masters of writing the Dark Knight and his extended family"despite taking on the Big Blue.

Overall "Super Sons of Tomorrow" is a very bombastic storyline but somewhat shallow in the end as some of the big mysteries that could really have been touched on never really get explored. What could have ended up probably one of the most interesting crossovers did end up fizzling out a bit into just an average book.

Superman has been in great hands this entire run, concentrating on family and making Clark a family man. Gleason and Tomasi decided to give us this same dynamic now with Bizzaro, and it certainly works on the square earth as well. It is one of the reasons I am a little afraid of Bendis upcoming run on Superman hoping that he'll avoid retconning the great things Tomasi and Gleason have accomplished with Superman. I was never readily a Superman collector, however this entire run made me believe in the character.

Thank you Tomasi and Gleason for making me believe a man can fly, that a boy can be faster than a speeding bullet, and to all of our readers: UP UP AND AWAY!

Overall, this Annual is very solid edition to the Titans story, as well as a greater Rebirth line up. If you are already picking up Titans rest assured its in the spirit of that book. Also pick it up if you want to get another piece of a Rebirth puzzle.

This book, along with the two before it, comes recommended as a solid tie-in.

As it stands it is a fun book and it is recommended, even though it did not have a same type of impact as Red Death standalone.

If you are a fan of books like this, or a fan of giant robots in general, check this one out. It doesnt disappoint. This first issue does a great job of establishing our protagonist and his world, and even though there could have been more world building, there's enough to bring readers back for the next issue.

Sideways is a part of the New age of Heroes, and it does look like it could be a standout from the others. It is a much better book than Damage as that book seemed very generic . Sideways gives us a hero we can actually cheer for, because we could see ourselves in him. Derek and the supporting cast all feel unique and they dont feel like they are recycled from other books.

The second issue of Sideways is showing the book is still going strong, and it looks like it could be a mainstay for DC, especially if the character work and its hero remain strong points. Justin Jordan, Didio, and Rocafort have managed to tap into something special here, delivering levels of fun on par with Super Sons. Check this book out and you wont be disappointed!

Batman Who Laughs is a worthy edition to Metal one shots and really gets to explore the insanity of Batman as a character, but moreover, it gets to explore what would happen if Bruce accepted the insanity that his character represents. This is a good way to end these one shots.

Overall, this book is a great introduction to the character for the new readers. It also keeps a lot of elements of the character from previous runs. This was one of the books that did not need to be reinvented really, as the character worked well before. What the book needed though, was focus, like many other New 52 titles, and even though it gets too wordy at times, I believe this was a very good introduction to the new adventures of Kathy Kane!

With that I can't recommend this issue enough, sure it doesn't have a lot of traditional super hero action, but it has it where it counts!

X-Men Gold is a good introduction for the new readers that have not picked up an X-Men book lately while also being good for old readers that have not become too jaded with the status quo. It's those in the middle–the jaded readers who do not like all of the major changes to this property–that will be hard to win over, but if X-Men Gold can sustain a continuous run, it has a chance to grab them too.

The Batman/Turtles crossover continues to show us that the Dark Knight does not have to be serious and brooding all the time and sometimes you just need a slice of pizza to join in the fun. If you have read the first six issue series of this book, you know what to expect and if you did not and are fans of the property, you can definitely jump in here as it is a self-contained story in its own right.

Overall this is a really good first arc to the series with the book having a lot of potential. Hopefully this is going to be one book that is not going to be bogged down by countless incoming Marvel cross overs, as Spider-man and also Ms Marvel did suffer from during the Civil War era. As much Nova was part of that, he did not get bogged down by the events and can continue to have an independent story from the major going on's in the Marvel universe. Being this is one of the rare books that does this, it is worth picking up, even though it is not without it flaws.

If you are longtime fan of Fantastic Four fan you are going to be pleased that the book is back even with it not hitting all the notes and if you are a new reader you can get a small sense of what this book meant for lot of people and why it is a staple in the Marvel Universe.

Overall, this is a pretty solid chapter in this series. There are definitely some tropes here in a background story, but it was portrayed well, and it does seem like we are going to get a pretty interesting arc going forward, so for that I believe this chapter was a success. We also had a book done by Kenneth Rocafort so that's always a plus. But if you don't like these characters already, this book won't change your mind.

Overall, Titans has been a stellar book even though it did suffer some of the Origin Story problems. Now that that portion of it is taken care of its nice to see the team that a lot of people have grown up with, even though some of the other team members are part of the younger Teen Titans book. What does work is that the characters and relationships between them are well balanced, and everyone serves a purpose in a book. If you were disappointed by Teen Titans of 52 eras, you should be rejoicing as Titans are back!

Overall this issue was very enjoyable and a great read. It is great to see Deathstroke torment Titans again and will be interesting to see how this will effect all three of the books going forward.

Titans continues to be another bright spot in the Rebirth era books, and even if it is not in the pinnacle, it does deserve a spot in your pull list. If you never read Titans, this run was one of the few that you will not have a problem jumping in, as it doesn't beat you across the head with the information from the previous books and any information given seems like a normal progression.

Hopefully this is only temporary, as Titans was a relatively solid book since the Rebirth started and once we move onto a different arc perhaps this will all be cleared up, but as it stands Titans #13 is the weakest issue in the series by far.

Overall Titans is an enjoyable book, and even if it is not a pinnacle of the Rebirth line up, it is most certainly a lot better entry than any of the New 52 books. Always a plus.

One of the best parts of this chapter was how everything else was in a background, including the impending doom that is coming. None of that mattered as much as the family and team building going on in the foreground. These core principles are truly what the creative team must consider most important, and it's a good thing. As I've said before, family and teamwork are what was missing in the Titans books during the New 52 era. I'm glad to have them back.

Overall as Isaid book is very fun so far, and if what Waid and Ramos want to make this an Impulse type book, I am all for it, as that and Young Justice books were some of my favorite, for that type of genre, but sometimes I have a feeling it wants to be way more serious, and mixing those genres to those extremes, is just not feasible, both for a writer, and for the reader, as they would not know what to expect in the next issue. Another thing about this book so far at least, there is no cohesion, we had two issues that were kind of tied together, but rest of them, were all stand alone's. If you are a fan of Waid and Ramos you won't be disappointed but if you are looking for an epic adventure, look elsewhere. I personally think this book is very fun, for what it is, but as i mentioned before it does need a bit of a more cohesion.

All of this makes Champions one of the most fun books Marvel has. It is also one of the most diverse books that they have with pretty much every minority covered here. The way that last part of it is treated as footnote is especially important, as what this book does teach us is that there are no such things as minorities we are all in the same fight to make our world better. And it is because of this message, I recommend this book to everyone.

Champions #8 is a fun read, it certainly is not for everyone but for people who just want to have some fun time and if you want to see further adventures of the new faces of Marvel, there is no better book than this.

Overall the third chapter of the challenge is the best yet, mostly because it does feel most like Kirby. Sometimes it is over the top and does not make much sense, however, it is a fun book, and Amanda Conner's art is always nice to see!

Overall, this issue is not going to sway readers either way, so if you were not reading this book, you most likely won't start now, but for those who are picking this up, it is a crazy fun time.

So if you haven't been reading Kamandi Challenge, give it a shot, or wait for a trade if you want to read all of the shennanigans at once. You will not be disappointed. This book will most certainly not going to win any awards, but it is a fun romp and sometimes that is all a book needs to be.

Super Sons Annual #1 is not without its flaws, but it is highly enjoyable, especially for the fans of the Super Pets team.

Batman and the Signal is a worthy addition to the Batman mythos, managing to expand on Dukes character in a way that I never believed ever would get done. After "Robin War" it almost seemed like Duke Thomas was put in to just be a bit character. I am certainly glad they were able to provide more story for him. This book manages to tell a somewhat-compelling story about someone that both wants to and does not want to be in Batmans world. It is definitely worth reading on that aspect alone.

Overall this book is honestly not for everyone, but if you are a fan of Nightwing or Bat Family in general, do pick it up, it is worth reading, it was never meant to be on a grand scale like some other books in Rebirth line, this book is more about self discovery and so far Seeley has hit all the right notes, as Nightwing continues trying to correct the wrongs that have happened ever since the events of Forever Evil. That's really where the biggest strength of this book lies for the fans of this character, is that of all the characters, I could say Batman excluded, is Nightwing is just back to being old school Dick Grayson, and there is nothing wrong with that!

If you enjoy Batman characters overall, or just want an overall fun book to read, this is it. This book doesnt try too hard to be cerebral, it knows who the core audience of the book is, and within those limits it succeeds greatly! Besides its always great to see Damian/Dick squabbles!

Overall this a different kind of Bat Family book. It's grimey and dirty and about Dick's self discovery and where he belongs . It is the Dick's relationships that make him a more interesting character that most as he is still coming into his own even though he has been doing this for a while. It is a fun book even though not for everyone.

Overall this is a book only for people that are already collecting these issues and nothing more.

Jean Grey is an interesting book and a completely different take on her character. Its biggest problem is going to be sustainability, as it seems that this would work better as a mini series or a limited run than an ongoing. That being said, the book is an enjoyable read, and even though it does seem like an extension of X-Men Blue, there is room to grow.

PS. As I said there was a back up story done by Juan Manuel Ortiz, which pretty much retells the main story, with some added and changed scenes, but it is done in a cartoon style versus a comic book style, and that particular side story really feels like it came straight off the page and worth checking out!

Overall, Teen Titans #6 is a fun read. We were introduced to a Young Justice character, whose introduction is handled admirably and does not seem forced. On the other hand, the cast is slowly growing, so it looks like some of the characters might be taking a backseat to others from time to time. That is fine for now, but the book is called Teen Titans, and being a team book, everyone should be getting equal page space.

Overall, this is a decent, if a bit rushed, ending to the reintroduction of Jackson Hyde. The book could have benefited from another issue. It is not by any means a deal breaker, though. I for one am excited to see what kind of adventures the Teen Titans get in going forward.

Teen Titans continues to be a fun book, and definite course correction from its new 52 counterpart. It has focus, sense of purpose, but most of all sense of family that the book lacked in New 52 era. It is a good time to be a Titans fan!

Teen Titans is still not able to recapture some of the shine it lost since its beginning run; however, it is still an enjoyable book, even with its faults. It is more focused than The New 52 run, even though some art consistency would be appreciated. If you are a fan of Teen Titans, this is a fun read but not a must-have story in pantheon of great Titans titles of the past.

This was one of the Tie In's I was hoping for the best because, as I mentioned, it had potential to give us something different. Instead, it looks like we are going to get same team ups throughout these Tie In's.

Overall Teen Titans continues to be a relatively fun book, and even though its not in the range of Wolfman /Perez or even Geoff Johns run from 2003, it is still a very serviceable addition to the mythos of Titans. Things are moving in the right direction.

Super Sons of Tomorrow is a great companion piece to not just the Rebirth stories but also a segue into possibly bringing in some other fan favorites from times past. The potential is certainly there, the story is very engaging and entertaining, and as such it comes greatly recommended.

Teen Titans 16 is a somewhat of a throwback issue. Wolfman only writes the original New Teen Titans here. There are no Aqualad or Kid Flash or Damian. He is solely concentrating on three characters from his 1980s run and as such brings the sense of nostalgia and fan service to the book. It would have been interesting to see Wolfmans take on the rest of the team, but none of this takes away from the fact that book is an enjoyable look at the original cast.

Teen Titans is slowly going to the reimagining, and it does look like we are going to get a brand new creative team again. As a storyline to end a run, this one does seem more filler than a true ending, at least in this issue. The fraction of the team is certainly seen but not completely felt throughout. Hopefully we get back to the bright times of Teen Titanswe had with Wolfman and Perez or Geoff Johns run soon!

Overall Mystik U ais sufficient but flawed entrance exam. It is very nice to see Zatanna back in action in her own book nonetheless.

Overall this still remains interesting story as long as the expectations are curved a little bit especially after this chapter. It is going to be interesting to see how Tom King writes a follow up the great finale we have here as well! Button story continues to be intriguing however, it would be nice if it would pick up a pace a little bit.

“Flash War” is so far a muddled story, but a muddled story with potential. As it stands it doesnt seem like it is going to be on level with some of the best Flash stories, but as the first of six issues, there's time to course correct. If you were invested in collecting The Flash since beginnings get it; if not, you may as well wait for a trade paperback once the story is fully done.

Overall this book is an interesting crossover, even though I don't see what the full point of it really was. It has a bigger canvas of characters to play for sure, especially with lot of these characters still not making their Rebirth debut. It is certainly a book made for younger readers, and mostly for the fans of Power Rangers, if they want to continue seeing the adventures of these characters, but other than that, the book is really just another crossover that should not exist. So for those people that just want to get a little bit more colorful take on Justice League, or Power Rangers, this book is for you, anyone else look somewhere else for your entertainment!

Overall, this was a decent one-shot. If this book is any indication, upcoming Inhumans stories might be interesting rides. Get hyped for the next era of Inhuman books.

Overall this issue served a pretty good closing point for this versus chapter, even though at the end it did seem a bit shallow in a sense not so much the writing is bad in these books per say, it is more a question of just how much freedom these writers really have as in the greater scope of the Marvel universe. It seems like Marvel's answer to everything is events events events, prior to this we had Civil War II, and now after this we will have Secret Empire. It would be good if they would give some time for these events to bare fruit sort of speak, because ultimately if you keep changing the status quo every few months, none of this really matters. But if you are a fan of X-men or Inhumans you will get a kick out of this book, just don't expect anything earth shattering.

Overall Darkseid Special is a bit of a disappointment, as it truly had a potential to be best of the Kirby Specials. If you want to complete the DCs celebration of Kirbys birthday, get it, otherwise it is easily skippable filler chapter in the story of Apokolips.
