The friendship between the two youngest Lanterns should be intriguing to follow. Add in Larfleeze on the rampage, and there are a lot of stars here but the biggest may be Carol Ferris, who has to stand on her own and save the ship in a dramatic segment that goes a long way toward explaining her rise as a member of the Justice League. Adams has also been doing some great work in building her and Hal's relationship, potentially elevating them to the status of one of DC's true power couples. Read Full Review

Despite the "Negatives section, Green Lantern #16 is a very good issue. It's the hangover from the Green Lantern Civil Corps Special that lingers that informs the "Negatives. Even that isn't so much about the story in the Special, but the other things it builds on. Green Lantern #16 has great art from Xermanico and Adams works his magic with character and interesting creative story ideas involving DC Universe connections. This storyline is truly epic, with flawless writing, coloring and artwork! Jeremy Adams has crafted a thrilling galactic saga that just happens to be a Green Lantern tale, with homages to Star Trek and Star Wars thrown in. And just when you think it can’t get even more thrilling, the last page of the story adds another familiar and terrifying threat to the mix.
This is every bit as epic as Geoff Johns’ best work from 15-20 years ago, and should be a Top 10 title. While it’s not necessarily a clean jumping-on point for new readers, Adams does a tremendous job bringing new readers up to speed. The last 18 months of storytelling are really paying off, and I for one couldn’t be happier with this book!
This felt like an epic space drama. I like that they split up with Carol forced to tackle a problem outside of her comfort zone. I'm not sure what's going on with Tharros (which is dangerously close to Thanos) I do like the shadow lantern villain. Pretty good run thus far. Let's see if it gets interrupted again with another event.

The need to drop Keli Quintela. Kill her, I don't care. She is part of the idiotic "black teenager girl is smarter than every being in the universe combined and can hack/create her own superpowered armor/suit" trope kind of thing. It's so stupid
this was really solid issue right now. I wish Carol Ferris was written as more experienced but so far the story is engaging.
A solid and gorgeous story but a bit unfocused.
