With only three issues of IMMORTAL HULK left, I thought wed discover a bit more about the One Below All, Sam Sterns, and even the Green Door. How does it all work? Who or what exactly is the One Below All? How did Sterns figure out how to control the Green Door? There is just a ton of questions I hope Ewing answers with little page count left. This battle against the Avengers proves to be even more vicious than their first appearance at the series' start with Hulk pulling some particularly nasty new tricks out of his sleeve. Over all I think this is a great issue for fans of action and for story. If you like one but not the other, I still think you'll be pleased with the content here as plenty of both have been packed between the pages. I'm not a huge fan of the stylistic choice with Immortal Hulk's face… but that's just my own opinion and I'm sure other readers will love it's more grotesque/horror styling. Read Full Review

Excellent rematch

Hulk vs. Avengers, round two, is an absolute blockbuster in terms of spectacular visuals. It comes to a satisfying if not decisive end. It's such a complex fight that I think the issue is just a bit short on character and plot development. Also, with Jen Walters narrating throughout, this is one of those issues that proves "Divergent Narration" is really hard to do. I think She-Hulk's captions cause some minor hiccups in storytelling flow. Still a great read, though.

Well paced and well executed. These story points need to be resolved before we deal with Sterns especially how Jen factors into it. Bennett's art and scenes were phenomenal as always. Jose and Mounts being there all throughout keeps it very tight, bright and familiar.

If we have to have an angsty Jen Walters, let’s at least have Ewing write her instead of Aaron.

This was a really good read in my opinion. Great action, great Hulk characterizations and just a good job overall.

It's pretty clever to have She-Hulk be the perspective character. Any readers looking at this for the first time in this series will see her relationship with her cousin as well as her inner conflict of loyalties between him, Betty, and the Avengers. There's something bigger clearly going on especially when Rick Jones enters the scene. Makes me wonder what this is all leading towards in Red Harpy and the newer Hulk's relationship and where Bruce fits in.

I don't like such chaos in a solo character ongoing, plus we already saw that in the beginning of the series, so that wasn't really necessary and it just wastes time this series could spend on something new and more interesting... But yeah, the arm scene was great, plus seeing Jen and Betty like here is cool. I hope there will be no more Avengers in the final issues.
