Ideologically-driven propaganda disguised in the form of a comic. Modern Marvel is in absolute shambles and I blame the editors for letting people like Cantwell, Vita Ayala, Leah Williams and Dan Slott still work there

Wow! This was atrocious even by Tom King standards. It sounded like something Bendis would write, but I'm sure Tom thought he sounded highly intelligent, just as his fans love to think about themselves. Poor Supergirl, after the cringey tv show and the bad comics from the last years, now she has to go through this torture too. I wouldn't be surprised if she becomes a villain after this, it's King' more

Merlyn, your a fat idiot that needs to go outside more instead of being obssessed with a writer who doesn't know you exist. Maybe even talk to a breathing female for once instead of the corpses we all know you like to play with ;)

Direct block. And I'm not even going to unblock you because it's not the first time you come out of nowhere with nothing but insults. Like in football, you get two yellow cards, it's a red.

Complete and utter bullshit, even King fanboys MUST see this, he just ripped you off of nine issues' worth of money for a farce! And he turned Adam Strange into a villain after he did the same to Wally West! Why does DC lets this guy get away with this kind of stuff? He's not Alan Moore and HE NEVER WILL BE BECAUSE HE SIMPLY LACKS THE TALENT AND SKILL.

Not really pointless if it's selling 200k+ is it?

RKS - Dec 8, 2020

Fist issues usually sell well, not to mention all the comic book stores speculating based on the now deleted Tom King Tweet stating that there would be graphic sexual content in the issue. A lot of those 200k books are going to be returned. The book was a mess with the flashbacks and as I said the story is sub par fan fiction at best. Hopefully DC will be able to get back on track after the FutureShock garbage 2 month hiatus, that is if there is a DC left after AT&T gutted the company.

Most of the negative reviews seem to be fixated on the writers previous work on the character rather than focusing on the issue that their reviewing.
This was a pretty good issue on it's own merit and much better than the majority of King's Batman.
The fast transitions between different timelines was a bit jarring but other than that - I liked this issue.
Interested to see where And more

Yes, they indeed are. Since this 12 issue series directly continues the 85 issue long run. So obviously there will be comparisons, references and similar criticisms coming from those who read both.
