"THE SPOILER BARN" ... i like it!

Every issue delivers some fantastic art and this one is no exception. The direction and style that is used can really help carry the tone of a story and what we're given here is so perfect. The mood is always down and dark and our characters have very little sense of hope. There are those small moments with a glimpse of light and that glimpse is what's lead our characters closer to solving whatever it is that is going on with them. The paneling continues to have some real creative fun in it done, especially on its last few pages. Every issue adds questions while giving us some answers and Gideon Falls is a mystery thriller that everyone should be reading. Read Full Review

If pure perfection had to be defined then it would be GIDEON FALLS #10...the way Lemire drags the mystery of the Black Barn within a gloomy and creepy atmosphere is absolute genius.
I love this comic, it’s so great! Everything is spooky and weird and I am so here for the art and the panel layouts and oh my god I want to know what’s going on so bad.
Lemire and Sorentino continue to knock it out of the park. The visual storytelling on display here is top notch, creepy, and compelling. Lemire is evenly pacing the story while dialing up the tension to 11. I've got my theories about the story now and can't wait to find out what's next.
DO NOT ENTER THE SPOILER BARN BEFORE HAVING READ THIS ISSUE!
THE GOOD:
-The art is phenomenal, simply put.
-The writing is phenomenal, simply put.
-The writing and the art together is phenomenal, simply put.
-The opening for this issue was amazing. Creepy and unique.
-Not to mention the old Norton Sinclair. I don't know how this all connects but I cannot wait to see it do so.
-God, I love the mystery in this comic book. I am on the edge of my seat with every issue.
-That scene with the old Black Barn was so good. So. Good.
-Poor Doc.
-Once again, Norton and Angie were great together, they have great dialogue and are excellent more
What an amazing issue! Worlds are literally colliding with these revelations about the black barn. How Lemire is writing this along with his other books and maintaining the quality is beyond me.
Really great issue. I really don't know why last issue didn't click with me, but oh well. This issue really stands out, especially with the art. It's pretty damn amazing. And now the mystery is starting to make sense. Norton is the Norton from the past and he sprung up from the landfill wear the black barn once was. What that has to do with the smiley man or the bishop, I don't know. But at least we've got something.
After a few issues where things seemed to be going in different directions, this issue gets back to what makes gideon falls a great read.
What the fuck's even going on here and what do I love it so much
10 issues in and this story continues to be a not miss read. 1st thing I read when it comes out. Hitting on all notes.
What. The. Fuck... This comic is awesome!
