Zdarsky has stated that he likely won't ever work on ASM. And that is mostly due to the fanbase.
• The creator behind the biggest cover in the last decade is going to show you what he can do with one of the biggest Spider-Moments in decades, as Patrick Gleason writes and draws this issue.
• The Web-Head is facing unbeatable odds again. Can he rise to the occasion and save the day?
RATED T+
Honestly, this was better than the main Beyond Plot going on right now. The back and forth between Ben and Felicia was written well! MARVEL, consider Jed MCKACY as the next solo writer for ASM please!
This ain’t Ben Reilly’s first rodeo as Spider-Man, but he’s never had to deal with the death of the Sorcerer Supreme and what it does to New York City. Part of Strange’s will and testament was to ask Spidey to deal with particular problems… Is BEN up to it? Black Cat isn’t a big Ben fan, so is she riding shotgun because she owes St...
Wow this week from Spidey office I was happy. It was fun. ASM 80 and this issue both was good.
Black Cat and Ben Reilly banter looked cool.
A Village without Doctor. The world don't know importance of doctor until he disappears. That was heartfelt.
Doctor Strange trusted Spider-Man most because we all know he would do anything to deal with. Wow Ben really proved he can be Spider-Man more

@Afre Makes sense. Although I would love to see him. His Spectacular Spider-Man was hit or miss. But his 310 issue shows he understands Spider-Man.
IIRC Zdarsky also said that his smaller Spidey series have already allowed him to tell all the Spidey stories he really wants to.

This is it, folks! The moment we've seen multiple media outlets hype up! Jon Kent finally kisses Jay and it is every bit as anticlimactic as I expected. Not only was there no build up to this in previous issues it even comes across as needlessly abrupt in this issue. Every single person who made this possible should be ashamed of themselves. If you try to defend this by saying "you're a baby or a more
Faster than fate. As powerful as hope. Able to lift us all. For all his great power, Jon Kent can’t save everyone, but that won’t stop him from trying. How much can Earth’s new Superman do before this Man of Steel buckles? And when he does, who swoops in to save Superman?
I can almost see the tears emanating from the words on my screen. Seethe, ma'am. Seethe.
Jeez, I get it if people don't like the comic for what it is, but to attack people who can relate to the character is a little too far in my opinion
I think Merlyn is right. Make everyone bisexual.
