Rated T+
Blood Hunt #4 is a feast of stunning visuals, deep continuity pulls, and organic storytelling that offers a strong vision of a path forward for the house of ideas. MacKays scripting is a rewarding next step in his wider Marvel stories, channeling peak Bendis to weave the vampire event with the mythic tale of Moon Knight, sprinkling in some of the best Doctor Strange for flavor. Larraz picks up that thread and creates a tapestry of massive scale that manages to never lose the little people thanks to effective close-ups and splash pages alike. The turn paves the way for Gracia to imbue new tones into the issue, lighting up the darkness in an awe-inspiring way. Blood Hunt #4 is a book that modern events should strive to achieve, balancing past and present, continuity and original ideas, small emotional beats, and massive action all while remaining a tense page-turner. Blood Hunt #4 tees up for the grand finale with revelations and revolution galore, making this one of Marvel's better events. I have every faith that MacKay and Larraz can stick the landing. Read Full Review
The issue juggles multiple plotlines and character threads. While MacKay manages to keep the narrative engaging, some subplots feel underdeveloped. Additionally, the breakneck pace might leave some readers wanting more character development. Read Full Review
Larraz crafts some beautiful art in this issue. The visuals are dynamic and perfectly capture the dark nature of the story and its characters. Read Full Review
Blood Hunt #4 is another fantastic issue for a fantastic event and series. There's so many moments in this issue that stand out and some fantastic visuals that pop. It's an event that both feels grand and focused. It's epic and also small at the same time. It's also one of the best events Marvel has released in years. Read Full Review
Secrets are revealed and unlikely bonds are forged. MacKay sets up the pen-ultimate chapter with solid writing. Fans get big moments throughout the issue. The art brings out the prestige of these events. Once the last page hits, readers know theyre in for a grand finale for the ages. Read Full Review
Gripes aside, Blood Hunt #4 isn't bad. And I like that they're already teasing at least two major after-effects spilling out of this series. But as this event has continued it has gone from being a potential all-time great to just "another one." Simply put, that bites. Read Full Review
Blood Hunt #4 is too disjointed to land its most powerful punches. MacKay’s idea of spreading the event across the books affects individual issues. The art is excellent, and the dialogue has some bite to it, but the pacing and structure of the penultimate chapter zaps all of its energy. Read Full Review
Blood Hunt #4 is a lackluster collection of scenes that are supposed to feel big, but with lack of setup and time to breathe, almost all of them fall flat. This a huge event that continues to feel very small. Read Full Review

Doctor Doom offers him the solution to return the dark cloud in the sky to more
I continue to really enjoy this. As with the previous three issues, I, once again, picked up the Red Band edition of this. Anyways, yeah, this was pretty cool. Kind of a big spoiler here, but I couldn't help but smile at Marc being resurrected as a result of Khonshu being freed. I'm really looking forward to seeing how this all wraps up.
Art: 4/5
Story: 4/5
Total: 8/10
pretty fun event to be honest. Pacing's a little too quick, but I'm excited to see how this all wraps up
This series moves way too fast and I am missing so much by not reading the tie-ins so it's not as enjoyable. Pepe Larraz is killing it on the art just fantastic stuff.
Okay, as a reader of Tie-In Issues and the Main Blood Hunt Issues, I'll give this a solid 9.
But, theoretically if I just read the Main Blood Hunt Issues, I'll give this Chapter a 7.5. This chapter needed a lot of pre-requisites from Tie In stories.
(1) The revelation of the True Villain, "Varnae" and the Ancient Temple. Which was the Focus of Blood Panther: Blood Hunt.
(2) Strange Academy pupils, present in Doctor Dooms domain. Which is from Strange Academy: Blood Hunt.
(3) The sudden re appearance of the "Wrecker", I'm not sure what issue he was recruited by moon knight in the Vengeance of the Moon Knight series.
