RATED T+
This issue would be dynamite for that one scene alone, but it delivers in every other area as well, and all in all this is shaping up to be a modern classic run. Read Full Review
Cappuccio delivers some awesome art throughout the issue. There are great character moments and blistering action that is visually thrilling and often fun. Read Full Review
Moon Knight #4 is the most vulnerable superhero story of the week. The character shows himself to those he trusts, and actively questions his choice to wear a mask to those he'd guarded against. Meanwhile, he's also incredible at fighting and takes a stand on what he thinks of his wealth. All told, it's an interesting look at a superhero who is as complex as they come. Read Full Review
A standard feeling sueprhero story turns on a dime. It's not often we see our heroes get vulnerable, and the team execute it incredibly well. Read Full Review
Yeah, this was awesome. Everything here is just so damn good. Honestly, I was sitting on a 9.0 for the majority of this issue, but then we got Moon Knight's confrontation with Clarke towards the end that boosted this up to 9.5 for me. If that wasn't enough, we got the very nicely done conversation between Marc and Greer. I wasn't expecting things to get that deep so quickly, but it was just super well-done and JUST pushed this up to a 10 for me. This has quickly become one of my favorite series, if not my absolute favorite series, currently out there.
Hunter’s Moon is a intriguing character with a ton of potential.
Looking forward to seeing more from him
This is really well written. I think Jed MacKay nails Moon Knight's character here. I'm glad they finally, and efficiently, summed up his continuity. As a fan of continuity, I like when they explain it instead of ignoring it. They always eventually explain it, but it's easier when you get it out of the way early. I'm excited to see what the long term of this series will be.
Another great issue. Jed MacKay really gets Moon Knight and writes him so damn well. The art is fantastic as well. I'm really excited to see where this series goes.
Is good.
This was a knockout of an issue. Super fun, twists galore, this was a hell of a ride. Jed MacKay’s Moon Knight rules.
Absolutely love this run so far, I’m really enjoying how McKay incorporates MK’s history, he definitely seems to /get/ the character
It's another speedy little one-shot, but I appreciate the way the status quo and the supporting cast continue to evolve. The villains are, from a strict plot standpoint, unimpressive. But *thematically*, they're amazing choices, anchoring this entire issue into a discussion about masks and faces.
Another great issue I have to say the art really stuck out to me. There were a few panels that I found myself looking at for a while really admiring how amazing they looked
It was enjoyable but, im just not getting that emotion that I feel like they are trying to capture.
