Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man #6 to me turned out to be one of the most memorable issues of Spider-Man we have gotten in a long time. The past two issues have been the most memorable. It is so very important to realize the kind of stories you can produce when your focus is always substance over style. I don't think I'm being too bold when I say that this book redefines what it means to be a superhero. Read Full Review

Tom Taylor brilliantly hits fans right where it counts while still managing to make this issue fun, exciting, and full of life. Taylor lets loose and throws every possible rogue in Spideys path while finding a way to warm readers hearts by the end. In addition, the art team captures the mood of the story so well by drawing readers in with their crisp, vivid colors that light up the page and complement Taylors writing so well. If youre a Spider-Man fan, comic book fan, or even just a parent, this issue is for you. Just be warned that you may shed a tear before its over. Excellent job to all involved! Read Full Review

Oof, right in the feels...
Too wholesome
This issue made me cry ! :'( what a great book
A modern version of ASM #248, plus an amazing thematic connection between this issue and FNSM newest storyline.
A MASTERPIECE!
Simply amazing. Taylor really has his ways in these smaller stories.
It's those small things that make Spider-Man such a good super-hero and one of my favorites.
An amazing and emotional issue, a must read!
Things like that what makes Spider-man "friendly neighborhood spider man"
They got me good with this one :)
A really great, sad issue. One that is probably character defining for Spider-Man, despite its simplicity. Like Spectacular #310. I'm so glad this wasn't what it looked like.
This issue remind me of "The kids who collect spider man"
Modern classic. Issues like this come out once in a long time. I'm not going to spoil anything, just do yourself a favour, and pick this one up. It's a completely stand-alone story, which requires absolutely no previous reading. Taylor and Cabal are one hell of a duo.
Awesome
Beautiful story with amazing artwork.
The premise is a bit of a layup. In terms of storytelling skill, though, it's a Michael Jordan layup: The points damn sure get on the board and you get the pleasure of seeing them put there masterfully.
Shut up I’m not crying you’re crying.
Tom Taylor never fails to impress. Such an underrated gem he is. This book is amazing.
Amazing issue. This heart warming tale actually got me choked up. Best comic I’ve read in a long time.
while its not as impactful or deep as Chip Zdarsky's specific spider-man issue, this was still a hard hitting fun and entertaining issue that I enjoy. I think this is the best Tom Taylor spider-man issue by far. anyone should read this.
Although I was so confused at the beginning, the end wrapped up a story that makes Spidey.... Spidey. The book has great heart and although stories like this have been done, this one is unique in its own way.
Tom killed this issue. Normally this is a mid-tier book for me, but this issue was my Pick Of The Week, so great. Here is my video review for it. https://youtu.be/8l8czOKI3ow
It's pretty good and a must read Taylor and Cabal are great together! But I still feel that Spectacular Spider-Man 310 is still the best modern Spider-Man single issue.
