This is my 5000th review. I think it's safe to say I'm a slave to this medium and that you all should pity me.

I was expecting a shit show here because it is Bendis' Superman, but to be honest, not enough bullshit dialogue happened to make me truly hate this. I'm not invested in the story or anything, don't worry, but I'm also not offended like usual. This issue is bland, certainly, but more

I turned a page and thought “now that’s better!”
Then I realised I was looking at the Snickers Ad.
“Rubbish” is too kind a word to describe this abomination.
What the hell are the editors thinking? Comics are getting worse - like Hollywood. Good riddance to Bendis. Take Romita with you and PLEASE DC, stop crapping on our favourite Kryptonian.

The series continues to be the worst book in my pull list, month after month. The seven paragraph recap of the story was a nice nod that no one is really paying attention and requires a recap because the story is that uninteresting. Honestly it has become a chore to read this book. The art continues to be ridiculously horrible as well. In one panel no one has legs they are just morphed into one more

This better be a joke, the continuity was already screwed and now to complicate it more Bendis adds an unnecessary subplot out of nowhere, I hope it is a joke. On the other hand, I feel like he's been saying "this guy from the 31st century" since Jon came back.
