If Selina Kyle is going to break into the Batcave at her advanced age, she’s going to need a crew to help…and luckily for her, some of Gotham’s craftiest former villains have time on their hands and bills to pay. But who is the mysterious OGBeast? And with political pressure mounting, how long will Mayor Harvey Dent let this cat stay out of the big house?
This book is a masterpiece in every sense of the word, and I could not be more excited to see where the story goes from here. Read Full Review

This was another superb installment for a series that was easily one of my favorites in 2021. Hopefully, it remains at this same level of high quality next year. Read Full Review
Catwoman has another champion. Black Label is the perfect venue for this book! Lonely City should be anything but that as you need this on your shelf. The flashbacks and homages to costumes and eras gone by are so worth the price of admission. So many Batman books, but you really should start a Catwoman shelf. Great job Cliff Chiang! Catwoman: Lonely City #2 sets up the heist of Selina Kyle's life while also exploring how Gotham City has changed in the wake of Batman's death. With one more issue to go, I'm looking forward to seeing how it all ends and hope Chiang tackles more solo projects in the future. Read Full Review

Cliff Chiang's vision for Selina Kyle honors the character's history by pushing her forward into new exciting territory. It would be a crime if you didn't pick up this comic. Read Full Review
It's a funnier story than the first issue, but that in no way takes away from the heartfelt character moments that make everything feel so meaningful. The importance of costumes and what they can mean is a new theme introduced this issue, and it's one that helps really understand the impact a character like Catwoman can have. Read Full Review
I'm a little disappointed that the next issue apparently won't be hitting until March, but given how detailed and stunning Chiang's art is, it makes sense. Between this and Ram V's run, Catwoman fans are getting better solo comics than they have in a long time. Read Full Review
It's rare to see a single person handle every aspect of a comic's creation, especially when that comic deals with such an iconic character. Chiang loves this book and it really shows. Read Full Review

In my top comics I've read the last few years. Cliff Chiang is such a talent. Incredible.
Superb
I cannot understate how much I love this version of Killer Croc.
Pencil/Ink: Great
Writing: Outstanding
Story: Better than Good
Layout: Good
Color: Good
Lettering: Good
I feel this story is building up to something big. Whether it does or not the character treatments alone are worth the read. Love seeing all the villains as their more mature selves and finding out where they've ended up.
Excelente
everyone is so old, fuck
I liked this issue. My favorite moment was the flashback with Batman and Catwoman. I also really like Ivy's characterization at the end.
a really solid second half of this story.
This book took a major u-turn with this issue and not for the best. First issue was good and seemed interested in telling a good story. Here we just get big doses of weird lefty ideas and I can't say I enjoyed that. Plus I just burst in laughter when I saw how Ivy looks here. She's fat because lefties think being fat equals "eMpOwErMeNt" but she just looks ridiculous, especially because being a femme fatale was always a major part of her character. Kinda hard being a sexy femme fatale when you look like you're stuffing your mouth with fast food 4 times a day. There still are some decent ideas but the quality took a serious blow here, especially during the second half of the issue which was horrible and I am starting to worry about what kindmore
Stopped midway and will not be picking up future issues. Beautifully illustrated, horribly written. Comics are a two-way street.
It’s okay. A pretty standard Catwoman story, except everyone’s older.
