Spider-Man: Spider's Shadow #3 provides a deadly duel with the Sinister Six and an unlikely form of salvation while upping the stakes for Peter Parker and his family. The end hints that the Symbiote's reign of terror is not yet over, and with only two issues left I can't wait to see how the creators bring it all to a close. Read Full Review
This issue is honestly one of the best Spider-Man stories I've ever read. It's perfect. Read Full Review
Chip Zdarksy writes a really great script here again. It is well done, and it pretty much fast and furious with a lot of character development. The art by Pasqual Ferry is great too. It may be the best work of his career. Read Full Review
This series explores what happens when Spider-Man goes too far. Is it the Venom symbiote or Peter Parker himself? Read Full Review
Personally, I don't think I wanted this Peter redeemed after what he's done in the past few issues and a final showdown with heroes versus Shadow Spider would have been better that the symbiote fest were are probably getting. Middle of the road writing but stellar artwork and colouring. Read Full Review
Well, I didn't expect that! I'll chalk it up to being an alternate universe, but Peter does not know how to drive a car, I'm pretty sure. Like, he had a Spider-Mobile in the 70s that he could not drive, and I think he finally learned during the Parker Industries era in 2015. I mean, he could ride a motorcycle somehow, but I don't remember him driving. But, I'm possibly mistaken.
This was just perfect !!! They are my tastes, do not bother and do not ask me stupid questions. Thanks.
omg, I'm in shock.
"You didn't do this, they are. From what you said ... That suit made you into a monster.
Thought that doesn't explain the previous ten years of you as that wall-crawling menace "
Jonah jameson
When Jameson said the first sentence my jaw dropped, but in the second despite all the drama I laughed out loud.
I enjoyed this comic so much that maybe it should be illegal, this number made me buy the previous ones. Simply great.
Chip Zdarsky should write spider man main series.
This has been a really fun what if story, and this creative team is knowcknocking it out of the park
No happy ending for no one, was a brutal third number.
"You were always a villian, Jameson. "

The journalist and writer Zdarsky does very well the heroes involved in the tragedy, the way to bring out the bleeding emotions is wonderful.
Pete-Venom fights the Sinister Six and Jameson is the hero of the hour. It's a satisfying story told with appreciable skill. So satisfying, in fact, that I'm a little sad this series goes on for another 2 issues. I'd be perfectly happy with 1 issue to wrap up the secret identity problem; I'm not at all excited about the new conflict suggested by the final scene.
It was good and I like where they are going with this and would have rated it higher if it wasnt for the odd transition in the Jameson scene. One minute hes killing Spider-Man and the next hes driving him home blaming the suit. It just didnt sit well with me.
This issue to me was a filler type issue, something that seems to be the main point with the new books that came out today. Still, it was not a bad issue. It set up what is to come and I'm excited to see where it all ends. Seeing Jameson in a mech suit fighting Spider-Man was odd not going to lie, but seeing him turn a new lead to help parker was a nice change of pace for that character. I just wish there was more interaction between the two about how he feels towards him being Spider-Man all these years. And the fight between the sinister six was lackluster. I know Spider-Man is more powerful now but still, 5 vs 1 should of been a longer better brawl. The writing is still great, seeing Parker decide he does not want to be Venom anymore is more
Bad, stupid and i`m over with it.
