I legitimately had physical tension in my body while reading 'Absolute Superman #10'. Jason Aaron does a spectacular job playing with the uncertainies provided by this new universe which is expertly enhanced by the art. I can't recommend reading this one enough! Read Full Review
Ra's madness, Lois' conflicted nature, and Primus' determination to finish the threat once and for all and see Superman evolve into the kind of warrior he needs to be are all intriguing subplots but the issue takes a huge level up in the last few pages, with a shocking betrayal and an identity reveal that I never saw coming. Just brilliant stuff. Read Full Review

Absolute Superman Issue 10 is a heavy metal meeting. The first time the heroes and villains of this series finally meet was only ever going to be this explosive, because this entire universe is so hardcore. Read Full Review
This issue concludes with a dramatic first meeting between the Absolute Universe's Superman and Ra's al Ghul. The plot leading up to this moment is well thought out and includes a rather dangerous scene where Ra's al Ghul is condescending toward Brainiac without whom he wouldn't have been able to run Lazarus Corp so efficiently. I'm pretty sure al Ghul's tone toward Brainiac is going to come back to bite him at some point, and I'm left wondering what the consequences will be. Read Full Review

In all, Absolute Superman #10 delivers the cathartic confrontation long teased by earlier arcs, powered by deeply felt stakes and crisp, expressive art. Now that is a cliffhanger, turning this world and what we knew of it, on its head. The Omega Men have been working in conjunction with the Lazarus Corporation. I have to say, this issue amped up my excitement for the book which has been slightly waning over time. I wanted to read more right after I finished this issue, something I haven't felt before with this book and always a good sign. Read Full Review
All in all, Absolute Superman #10 is a great book. Solid work by writer and artists. I do enjoy the combination of a classic Batman villain with the Omega Men and Boom Tube technology. And a great cliffhanger that has me ready for next month's issue. Read Full Review
Absolute Superman #10 delivers high drama as the story is all about the choices that must be made. These choices continue to challenge who Superman is trying to be and what he may have to become in the Absolute Universe. Superman being placed in this spot helps to further elevate Ra's Al Ghul as the lead villain of this series. Where things go after the major reveal at the end of this issue will be very interesting. Continues to amaze
Just wonderful.
I'm sorry but Wonder Woman beating this (which I don't believe was even nominated) and Absolute Batman for the new series Eisner is a nonsense.
Best or second best issue of the run so far.
Wow. One of the best issues thus far, in my eyes. First off, Giandomenico's art is fantastic here. Some really great pages. The story here was amazing as well. Pretty major spoiler alert right here, so don't continue reading if you haven't read the issue yet. Anyways, yeah, Talia being revealed as Primus was pretty crazy. Not where I thought they were going with the story, but I do really like it and I'm really looking forward to the next issue now. Oh yeah, the scene with Kal-El and Jor-El was really nice, as well.
In retrospect, I can see it. In the moment, massive surprise.
This storyline continues to dazzle and surprise the reader, not only with the great character work being done here, but also the big reveal on the final page, which I expect nobody saw coming!
Absolute Superman has continuously been my favorite out of all the Absolute series, it might even be my favorite current series. I like Jason Aaron's writing and voice for Absolute Superman. This really does feel like Jason Aaron's passionate about this series. The art was also very stellar.
