Overall, terrible issue. HiC probably is the worst comic Tom King has ever written: bad dialogue, terrible characterization, slow pace and plot twists that don’t make sense plague the whole narrative. Every Batman and flash scene is atrocious.
The art is good but the styles of the guest artists don’t complement Mann style.

The worst problem is, of course, the revelation of the more

i know who the killer is!!

it's Tom King.

he's killed this series, and he wants to kill the DCU.

the art was really nice, but what's the point if it's for trash writing?

What a load of garbage. Maybe I'm too dumb to recognize the genius of this comic, but I don't think I want to be smart if that means reading this load of shit and being satisfied. This is right there with the Professor Pyg issue. Completely pointless. And don't tell me, "wait and see." What am I supposed to do? Get through 40 more issues before I judge this? Ignore how much it sucks? Why does this more

Filler. More filler from King. At this point the entire 62 issue run has more filler than actual relevant content, and I wish that was a joke.
And also, 2 more public domain stories were just used as substitutes for this issue's lack of any story - one about three little pigs, and the other being the myth of Pygmalion and Galatea. Just put the series out of its misery, because there's 38 issu more
