• After the terrifying conclusion of ABSOLUTE CARNAGE #1, a new player is on the board, and it's NOT who you'd expect!
•  Barely able to escape with their lives, SPIDER-MAN and VENOM have no choice but to drag a slew of other heroes into Carnage's crosshairs.
•  Worse yet, Carnage's rampage through New York City claims an unexpected piece of collateral damage...and there's NOTHING Venom or anyone can do to stop it!

Horror DNA - James Ferguson Sep 16, 2019

Absolute Carnage is nothing short of terrifying. It's a pulse-pounding thrill ride of an adventure through the lens of pure, unbridled horror. This book will grab hold of you from the very first page. There were times I had to remember to breathe as I was so enthralled with this book. This is top tier stuff. Read Full Review

    You Don't Read Comics - Jason A. Fleece Aug 28, 2019

Impulse Gamer - Jeremy Carr Aug 29, 2019

Now I will say this series has a few downsides: one being that big crossover events usually requirethe purchase of a lot more comics than I really want in order to understand the full story. The story itself has a few slow parts but overall the greatness outweighs the bad. Read Full Review

Word Of The Nerd - Brent Jackson Aug 29, 2019

Absolute Carnage #2 is a solid entry to the event series. There are a ton of tie-ins to this that you may or may not need to check out. This issue alludes to some of them and they are all pretty solid on their own. Note you may want to read this issue before you check those out if you don't want some spoilers. Read Full Review

Weird Science Marvel Comics - wolfcypher Aug 28, 2019

Absolute Carnage #2 continues it's campaign with the same quality combination of Cates' writing and dialogue along side Stegman and Frank Martin's darkly imagery. The bleaker this book gets, the more invested I get. Misery is my new drug, and Carnage is the supplier. Read Full Review

Comic Book Revolution - Kevin Lainez Aug 29, 2019

Absolute Carnage #2 does a fantastic job carrying the momentum created by the first issue to continue the forward momentum of this event. Donny Cates and Ryan Stegman have combined to create a version of Carnage that comes across as the deadliest villain in the Marvel Universe. Spider-Man, Venom and the Marvel Universe as a whole are now in a position where you are left wondering how they can overcome Carnage and his forces. For a big event that is exactly the note Absolute Carnage #2 makes full contact on hitting. There is genuine excitement to read what is going to happen next in Absolute Carnage. Read Full Review
