Art awesome. Story intriguing. I wish reviewers would stop handing out 10s everywhere. A 10 means it's perfect, without flaw, and could not get better, with even years of trying. Only five books have ever deserved a 10 - Watchmen, Dark Knight, Elekta Assassin, Daredevil Born Again, Batman Year One.

Mark Millar gets a one for his lackluster ending with zero twists! Incredibly disappointing. His endings are always disappointing. But Frank Quitely gets a ten for his fabulous art.

First part art, though beautiful, can be confusing at times. Good story.

I think seeing the movie raises all boats in the Mad Max universe including this story.

Some aspects of the story ring false. To start, Clark can find gold at the bottom of the ocean. He would never need money. Also, his confidence is too low for a man superior to any other person on Earth. Primitive story effort. Great art.

Art is a 10 but the story is muddled and confusing, filled with extraneous dialogue that is really unnecessary, brings the comic down.

Not much happening except for the last page. Characters lack personality. Art is good but repetitive. Pedestrian dialogue. Both creators have done much better work. I will check out the next issue though.
