Bendis and Tom King brought in to add superior quality to DC's star staple characters, Batman and Superman has only made them some of the worst titles in the companies stable in the last decade. With Bendis' issues (credit as superman has become a boring character in 2019 and most of the coolest concepts with this icon has already been told) being slightly better than the abysmal, overrated, pointless, drawn out and complete filler trash that Tom King has nose dived Batman into with arguably the greatest rogues gallery and characters in all of comicsdom which makes him even more of a terrible "writer"

I liked the story, however the art kept this from being a 10...I also rate my issues on quality. Being in Canada this title runs you $6.75 after taxes and the usd conversion rate...7 dollars for a single issue comic is ridiculous and unless I really feel the art is worth the cover fee I will continue to read comics online. I work hard 40 hours a week and will not justify paying almost $30 for 4 premier titles of 30 pages of material. I want to support the comic industry but I have real life priorities...

Super boring and lame issue. Whole book takes place during a 5 course meal at Bruce Wayne's house with the joke on one side and riddler on the other...that's it...nothing is resolved

I really need to start looking into comics before I buy them...being in Canada a $2.99 us priced issue can cost you $4.50 after tax in canada. when you have a flagship title like batman usually it is a no brainer to just pick up a copy of the latest issue. but this, thanks to mr king is why now I will no longer be doing that and will have to investigate even batman titles before purchase as much as it pains me to do so. I wish i had bought green arrow or lanterns this week instead. stay away

No villains no action no suspense boring no ending

I said I was done after the bullshit DC let Tom King get away with pump faking us with the wedding. I came back after a couple months (This IS THEE Batman canonized title after all, this will be the last fucking dollar I spend on a Batman book until Tom King is officially off the title. Ppl can pretend all they want with covering for King's untalented ass, but if u want to pay $5 for a Batman book with 4 pages of dialogue your a fucking idiot

King continuing to nosedive. Daniel's art being the saving grace even tho they cut most of it for M.J.'s vastly lesser pencils

The sooner king fucks off from this book the better It's a slap in the face of loyal batheads to force them to pay $5 every two weeks without any fuckjng story at all

An extra point for the amazing variant cover Lovin the DC zombie shit, hope they do more series like DCeased. Shit marvel made like 6 or 7 full books out of it. 4 of em were solid too

Decent start. I like the art. But biting south park? Member Berries? Lol even down to merlin telling strange that they feed off MEMORIES! I guess when u got like 4 dr strange titles out to capitalize off the movie u gotta take ideas from south park? meanwhile the only wolverine title we get is old man logan...the teenage girl wolverine isnt even close to the mature, violent, pure wolverine titles we used to get...all because fox owns the rights...u greedy cock suckers

What otherwise would be a decent start to a cool story and the return of strange's big bad Mephesto is a major letdown with the super poor art style, because of that I won't be on board for the rest of the series, especially since it's an extra $1 as well

After a great flash wars arc that I really liked. The art was crazy! I dropped $5 Canadian plus tax on this "epilogue" and was super disappointed. Nothing new happens...barely. There is no villain, there is no answers, just Wally running....and running. And the art was pretty amateurish

this book is super overrated, ive bought a couple issues and I don't get all the ratings hype and I'm a fan of spidey, but life story, amazing and even the symbiote miniseries are all "superior" to this...maybe its the art

This whole series has been surprisingly bad. And I'm a fan of tony daniels art. The writing has been terrible and the story is lame as fuck. You'd think DC would Put more of an effort into one of their flagship titles, especially coming off a good run before rebirth

Filler issue. No real acceleration in the story aside from the last page...the art by jim lee (which is only 10 pages in every issue, rhe other half origin/shorts drawn by someone else) is the only reason im still buying. DC is cheap as hell for that shit tho
