Love the outer space sequences, and 35 years in the future is so effed up!

I groan every time the Firestorm characters show up. But then Frankenstein and the beginnings of a new Stormwatch come along, bringing Black Adam in tow to finally take the fight to Brainiac and the issue reaches a good grade :)

Too much Firestorm , guess theres no avoiding him in this book

A slow transitional issue, still pretty good.

Now this is a book that took a wild turn at the end, with a very criptic ending for me.

The writing is as clever as usual, but the art took a serious dive after Moritat left; its serviceable but nothing like it used to be... A foreshadow of cancellation? I gotta cut back so I wouldnt complain too much.

Love the scifi heavy direction, and Lemire is pretty much a must buy. This is looking to be a great team. But I didn't much care for the art, hence the rating.

The shift in tone is jarring, but the effects of the inversion are quite interesting.

The retcon flashbacks are the best part of the issue, Magneto trying to stop an incursion by himself with Polaris tagging along is almost laughable.

Felt rushed.

First he culled the potential schemers and now the generic members? Guess Sinestro doesnt need foot soldiers. Not a bad issue, but nothing special either. I think Ill cut back on the Lantern books after Godhead ends.

It wasnt really relevant.

Too much repetition and not enough clash of ideologies. Hyperion and Starbrand siding with Cap made sense because of their backgounds but Thor taking that stace didnt make much sense IMO. The Time Gem was a surprise, but I still wonder if they were really shattered.... While it wasnt bad this issue simply wasnt worth the extra buck so it gets a scoring deduction.

Weakest issue of an otherwise consistently good run. Sad to see it endive this.

I only decided to pick up this book because of Martian Manhunter, and he's not been in the spotlight as much as Id like. I just cant bring myself to care about Stargirl, I hope the trend is reversed after this issues final pages.

Uneventul filler issue. Which AFAICR is a first for the modern Valiant, hope this doesnt become a common practice in the future.

Weakest issue in Venditti run so far IMO, just some punches exchanged and not much else happened.

I gave this book 5 issues after Forever Evil to win me back and its just a middling affair with nothing much happening featuring some characters I like. Dropped.

This book bored me to tears. Surprised about Lemire tbh. Dropped.

The last straw, this book started out pretty good but its been quite a few issues of going nowhere fast. Dropped

Why the heck am I reading about a boy figuring out his life in a book thats suppousedly about alien tree lifeforms?

Seriously, WTF This is the kind of issue that makes me want to drop a book. I probably would if all that came before wasnt so good added to the fact that this is ending soon.
